  Hello there! I am a high school math teacher living in a quiet neighborhood 1 mile from downtown Denver! I own a 3-bedroom (850 sq ft), 1-bathroom half duplex, and my home is right across the street from a beautiful park. My living room has a view of the Rocky Mountains, my third bedroom is a home gym, I have a backyard, and there is a lot of street parking right outside of my house. I am only a bike ride or short Uber away from cafes, bars, restaurants, music venues, and grocery stores. I'm also only a mile away from the Rockies stadium.
  
  I am a 33-year-old female and am originally from California. I moved to Colorado 10 years ago after graduating college to pursue my teaching career. I would claim to be an introverted extrovert; I love having good conversations, but also cherish my solitude. I run, hike, bike, do yoga, camp, travel (every year for at least 2 months 😊), read, and play music.
  
  I have 2 large dogs (border collies) and 2 cats. They are all extremely sweet and love people. More than likely they will grow very attached to you and give you all the love :) Animal care would consist of: walking the dogs daily, grooming, feeding, and cleaning litter boxes/dog waste.

  If you love hiking, backpacking, sking/snowboarding, the outdoors in general - Colorado is ranked the healthiest state in the US due to the numerous opportunities it presents to put yourself outdoors. There are day trips that range from 30 minutes drive to many hours away - do what's conevenient for you! If you are an avid skier/snowboard, you are going to have SO many choices for mountains and resorts. Furthermore, it's only a few hours drive to Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Utah, all of which host their own beautiful scenery and outdoors adventures.
