  I'm a self-employed woman with two lovely Havanese dogs living near historical Santarém, Portugal. I have a self-contained annex with a kitchen and bathroom for accommodation in return for the help. The quiet countryside is beautiful, the sunsets are stunning, and there is a pool to cool off in. Alcanhoes is filled with with vineyards Alcanhões is a traditional Portuguese village with agricultural roots. Vine cultivation and wine production are very important locally — the Adega Cooperativa de Alcanhões plays a key role in the area’s wine economy.  It also holds local events like the Festa do Vinho (Wine Festival), where residents and visitors celebrate the year’s wine production. Alcanhões is part of the greater Santarém area, so the city of Santarém — with its historic center, cafés, and larger services — is just a short drive away.

  I'm an ex-pat from Canada originally from South America. I have been running my own business as a Social Worker for years. The local area is agricultural with lots of vineyards. I can offer wellness support and local baked and homemade meals . The site offers itself to tranquility and beauty of the orchards. The name of this quinta is called Casa de Horta. House of the gardens.
  This location is centrally located to 24 other parishes and towns that make up Santarém.

  Acomodação

  The annex unit is open concept with a kitchen area and separate bathroom and kitchen. It also has it's own laundry facilities and a lovely terrace area. The view of the countryside is stunning. The building is from the late 1700's.
  I offer shared meals and home made items. There is also a kitchen to prepare meal as well and a stipend if preferred for food preferences.
