  Hi dear traveller. I am now in South Western Belgium and would again like to move my barge through the canal system. I suspect the next journey will be quite short, (Two days maybe), but there's interior decoration work to do once we find our mooring and I would appreciate some help with that. Painting, tiling and maybe some woodworking, depending your skills or potential.
  My name is Andrew and I am living and working on my 111 year old barge. I am an artist and I also lead an on-line group in meditation.
  You might be young or not so young, male or female...but as long as you are reasonably fit you might enjoy this voyage.
  
  
  On board life is really very pleasant. You will have your own single private room and we can share the daily tasks of cleaning cooking etc.
  The ship is well equipped with modern conveniences, warm and dry and completely off grid. When travelling I can show you how to steer the ship and use the ropes etc. for mooring and passing through locks. It's not hard work but does require attention and quickness of thought and action.

  You will meet me and my doggie and experience some beautiful countryside in Belgium. The weather should be beautiful with wonderful landscapes and fabulous autumnal colours. It also could be rainy and cold. The ship is warm but you will have to bring wet weather clothing for outdoor work.
