Expecting to cruise south from Toul to Chalon sur Saone in April 26.

I have over 40 yrs experience in leisure/tourism management, a wide range of practical, mechanical and boating skills and still remember some of my 1950's grammar school English. I am happy to explore the similarities and roots of the 'Romance' group of languages and I was a professionally qualified youth leader in my twenties.

Merle was a respectful and helpful guest who cheerfully applied herself to a number of tasks my age now makes difficult. It was a shame that poor weather and awaiting spares prevented her from enjoying cruising on the beautiful R. Meuse during her too short visit.

Keith was an excellent workaway host. Dennis and I found that cruising on a canal boat while helping Keith as crew along w/boat projects was a dream come true.
