… read more explain things about farm life. 🏈🐮 Millie enjoys sharing her creative thoughts and putting on fun shows for the whole family. 🥰 I really liked the easy going nature of the family and the dinner table conversations. I especially appreciated that Vee and Todd shared their thoughts openly with me. Thank you also for always inviting me along on all the trips, including me when there were guests and passing on typical Australian things to me.

Lena is simply Amazing!!!
She stayed with us on our farm over the school holidays. She quickly bonded with our two kids and formed a great relationship which they will remember forever.
They really loved having her stay with us. She helped out wherever she could without us having to ask her.

… read more comfortable with a task beforehand. They're very easy to talk to, and we had loads of great conversations. The kids are adorable, however since they're quite young you have to expect a few fits. I learned so much during my time with this family, I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there if they have the chance to.

Theresa and Julia stay at our farm for a few weeks and we're terrific. There attitude towards the work was great. They were both fun to have around and were always keen to get the jobs done. Hope they have a great time in Australia and we recommend them to any future hosts.

Iasmina saved us for the 2 weeks she was here. She help us above and beyond. She help us with picking avocados and other jobs around the farm but she was also excellent with our 10 month old baby. We will miss having you here,especially marlo. We highly recommend Iasmina to any host.

I took a bit of time for writing this feedback (I helped out Wiebke and Todd last April 2015!).
I had there my first Workaway experience and it just turned out to be very great.
I have big respect about what they made together, the farm is a lot of work considering that they both work outside as well. It was so good to be able to help them out
… read more in the garden, in the house or even by cooking in the evening. In return you get many important explications, learn new things and get a huge amount of "thank you" !
I spent two weeks there and really enjoyed the fact to be out of town for a few weeks, and reconnect with animals, earth and talks between each other.
I miss our nice morning/evening chatty times on the couch in the cosy livingroom :-)

Theresa and Silvia were absolutely great to have on our farm. They were up for any task and did all the work efficiently. They were great fun to have around and were such terrific helpers. We recommend these two girls to anyone.

We were Poppy's first host. This was her first farm experience and she took to it really well. She is lovely and keen to give everything a go. She likes being busy, was great around our animals and is great company.
She even saved our house from flooding after a water pipe burst in the kitchen.

This was my first workaway experience and Todd and Wiebke made me feel so welcome in their home right from the beginning. I had never done farm work before but they made it all really straight forward for me and gave me clear instructions for everything and kept me busy.Not to mention they were great company - and Pebbles too!

At the beginning of my trip to Australia I planned to stay two weeks with Wiebke, Todd, Pebbles and the horses, but I had such a great time that I finally stayed for almost two months.
They made me feel at home right from the beginning.
From my bedroom I had a beautiful view of the landscape.

… read more tought me a lot about Natural Horsemanship (he knows a lot about horses!) and work around the house, while Wiebke gave me some advice in cooking for example and showed me how to prepare her yummy dishes!
I never got bored because I had different tasks to do every day. What I enjoyed most were the walks with Pebbles and the rides on Missy through the beautiful countryside.
In the evenings we often sat together, drinking tea, eating TimTams and talked about different interesting things.
On the weekends Wiebke and Todd took me to Toowoomba, to some pubs, to the coast and to a typical Australian cattle farm. They gave me the possibility to experience Australia apart the touristic paths and to learn a lot about this country and its friendly people.
I can truly recommend Wiebke and Todd as hosts to everybody who is interested in horses and enjoys being surrounded by nature.

Tina was a great help to us. We even left her alone for a few days with all of our animals and she did a great job looking after everything.
She was great with horses and the dog.
We enjoyed having her with us. She is great company and fun to be around.

I spent nearly 2 weeks with Wiebke and Todd and it was a great time!
It was my first experience with workaway and it couldn´t have been better. They were absolute warm, welcoming and friendly.
I had my own bedroom which I was really after 8 weeks sleeping in a Hostel ;). The food was very good and vegetarian are not a problem at all.

… read more Todd are very social, so I met a lot of friends and neighbours who are very nice. They have got a lovely dog (the well-behaved dog I´ve ever met). It was a pleasure to help them in any kind of tasks and I've learnt many things. I felt like at home and I really enjoyed having a cup of tea with Wiebke and talking about god and the world.
