A CRY FOR HELP, CYCLONE JASPER HAS CREATED MAYHEM TO THE PROPERTY!! We need help. If you have a van that would be great.
I can put you in the shed under cover.free ferry pass and supply food HOT showerECT. We are Gary and Jan, Daintree experience.!!!!
We are a semi retired couple living in the Daintree FNQ, we have two properties that need constant maintenance in the garden and in and around the house. We grow a few home grown veggies and herbs and enjoy good wholesome food. We would like people to come and help us In the garden and in and around the house, in return we offer breakfast and dinner or we may provide food for self catering on a neighbouring property. washing facilities are available. Accomodation, we have a sleepout out the back of the house or having your own van or camper would be great. We don’t provide internet anymore!!
You will need to provide your own lunch. We start relatively early in the morning before it gets too hot, so you need to be an early riser. Some of the work we do will be labor intensive. In return we offer a boating trip or a tour of Cape Trib for three days work, or a reef trip for five days work weather permitting. We live in a remote area with off grid power no mobile service at our house and no internet at the house. Special dietary requirements must be self catered. Traveler's insurance required.

She stayed with Jan and I for one week, in that time she weeded the garden, mulched, helped me painting a roof, and was a great help in the home, kitchen ect.
She was a clean living person and was very interested in the natural environment of the Daintree Nat park.

Are a lovely young vegan couple who stayed with us in there own campervan for a week.
They undertook all tasks we requested of them happily and worked well as a team.
