  First of all welcome to our profil. Please no more request with sunglasses fotos. If we want to think about, to take new people as a guest in our house, we have to take a look, may to see your eys. Thank you so much ! Welcome to the garden of cats, we are a Berlin couple who have been at home in Famara Lanzarote for 7 years. We are both retired and very happy that we can live here. 8 cats live with us and on our premises, which means that our accommodation is absolutely not suitable for allergy sufferers. We are non-smokers, you are welcome to smoke in the garden. Despite the many cats, we live well organized and in a well-kept house. We have a large garden, a guest apartment and two glamping tents in the garden. The smaller glamping tent is for our guests, it has a double bed. 1.50 wide, of course you get bed linen and towels, as well as everything else that is needed. The tent has WiFi and electricity. There is also a table and a small cupboard. We offer you drinks, breakfast and a warm main meal, and of course you can also use the kitchen and the fridge. There is a small fridge in the camping kitchen for your own snacks.
  
  In the last few years we have had helpers here and most of the experiences have been very, very positive. Whoever comes here should be helpful. We are not cheap holiday accommodation for surfers. We like surfers, but we also really need support. If you want to live with us for a while, you should have the following qualities:
  
  - Enjoyment of physical tasks, removing natural stones, gardening such as weeding, small renovations, remodeling, etc.
  
  - or household chores, such as cooking food, using our things in the washing machine, cleaning our house, shopping, small sewing jobs,
  
  - or professional computer skills, including maintenance of a homepage, help on the PC for my visually impaired man
  
  We find it increasingly difficult to bear working on the ladder. So we want roommates who are happy to help and have an eye for things that are necessary. It would be nice if you had your own ideas for spending your free time after work, but we would also like to do something together. We are flexible in timing. So you can help decide when you want to work. It doesn't matter to us whether you are single or come to us as a couple. When we receive help, we like to give something back, are not petty and are happy to support you as well.
  
  But anyone who is currently in a difficult phase of life or is looking for distraction from various problems has come to the wrong place. We can't heal old wounds or drive away lovesickness, unfortunately we can't do that. We are not bored either and are looking for entertainment. Our social life here is excellent. Hopefully you understand our frank words, but we keep getting inquiries about how to spend the holidays cheaply and that tires us. So real workawayers, please get in touch. Famara is indescribably beautiful, here you can switch off, surf, hike and let your mind wander. We expect 4 hours of work a day, 1 day off a week, accommodation and all meals are free. Our tent has a double bed, WiFi, an extra bathroom and toilet. We are 200 meters from the beach and well connected to the local bus network. We are open to your questions.   Herzlich willkommen im Garten der Katzen, wir sind ein Berliner Paar das seit 7 Jahren in Famara Lanzarote zuhause ist. Wir sind beide pensioniert und sehr glücklich darüber, das wir hier leben können. Mit uns und auf unserem Gelände leben 8 Katzen, das heißt unsere Unterkunft ist für Allergiker absolut nicht geeignet. Wir sind Nichtraucher, im Garten kann gerne geraucht werden. Trotz der vielen Katzen, leben wir gut organisiert und in einem gepflegtem Haus. Wir haben einen großen Garten, ein Gaeste Apartment und zwei Glamping Zelte im Garten. Das kleinere Glamping Zelt ist für unsere Gäste, es hat ein Doppelbett. 1.50 breit, natürlich bekommt ihr Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie alles was sonst noch benötigt ist. Das Zelt verfügt über Wlan und Elektrik. Außerdem gibt es einen Tisch und einen kleinen Schrank. Wir bieten Euch Getränke, Frühstück und eine warme Hauptmahlzeit, außerdem natürlich die Mitbenutzung der Küche und des Kühlschranks. Für eigene Snack gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank in der Camping Küche.
  
  In den letzten Jahren hatten wir immer wieder Helfer hier und die meisten Erfahrungen waren sehr, sehr positiv. Wer hierher kommt, sollte hilfsbereit sein. Wir sind keine billige Ferien Unterkunft für Surfer. Wir mögen Surfer gern, aber wir brauchen auch tatsächlich Unterstützung. Wer Lust hat, mit uns für eine Weile zu leben, sollte folgende Eigenschaften mitbringen :
  
  - Freude an körperlicher Arbeit, Natursteine beseitigen, Gartenarbeit wie Unkraut jäten, kleine Renovierungen, Umbau Arbeiten etc.
  
  - oder hauswirtschaftliche Eigenschaften, wie Essen Kochen, unsere Sachen in der Waschmaschine bedienen , Reinigung unseres Hauses , Einkaufen, kleinere Näharbeiten,
  
  -oder professionelle Computer Kenntnisse unter anderen zur Wartung einer Homepage, Hilfe am PC für meinen Seh - behinderten Mann
  
  Es fällt uns zunehmend schwer zu tragen, auf der Leiter zu arbeiten. Wir wünschen uns also Mitbewohner, die gerne helfen und ein Auge für Dinge haben, die nötig sind. Schön wäre es, wenn Ihr nach Feierabend eigene Ideen habt, Eure Freizeit zu gestalten, wir unternehmen aber auch gern etwas zusammen. Wir sind in der Zeiteinteilung flexibel. Ihr könnt also mit entscheiden, wann ihr arbeiten wollt. Dabei spielt es für uns keine Rolle ob ihr alleinstehend seid oder als Paar zu uns kommt. Wenn wir Hilfe erhalten geben wir gern etwas zurück, sind nicht kleinlich und freuen uns Euch ebenso zu unterstützen.
  
  Wer aber gerade in einer schwierigen Lebensphase ist oder Ablenkung von verschiedenen Problemen sucht, ist hier am falschen Platz. Wir können keine alten Wunden heilen, oder Liebeskummer vertreiben, das schaffen wir leider nicht. Wir haben auch keine Langeweile und suchen Unterhaltung. Unser Sozial-Leben hier ist ausgezeichnet. Hoffentlich habt ihr Verständnis für unsere offenen Worte, aber immer wieder erreichen uns hier Anfragen, wie man günstig die Ferien verbringen kann und das ermüdet uns. Also echte Workawayer , bitte meldet Euch. Famara ist unbeschreiblich schön, hier kann man super abschalten, surfen, wandern und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir erwarten 4 Stunden Arbeit täglich, 1 freier Tag die Woche, Unterkunft und komplette Verpflegung ist frei. Unser Zelt hat ein Doppelbett, Wlan, extra Bad und WC. Wir sind 200 meter vom Strand entfernt und gut angebunden an das örtliche Bus Netz. Für Eure Fragen sind wir offen. Herzliche Grüße Sybille und Werner
