Welcome to my page! My name is Makhlouf. I love traveling, exploring new cultures, and meeting people from all over the world. As a former Workawayer myself, I truly appreciate the spirit of cultural exchange. Since my current schedule doesn’t allow me to travel as often, I decided to open my home and host fellow travelers here in Paris.
I live and work in the heart of Paris in a cozy, quiet apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom). The location is central, lively, and within easy reach of top sights and public transit, giving you plenty of free time to explore the city. I have space to comfortably host one guest.
What this exchange is about:
This is purely a cultural and language exchange—there is no physical labor or work involved. My primary goal is to practice and improve my English through casual, friendly daily conversations over tea or shared meals. All I ask is for a native or fluent English speaker who enjoys chatting and sharing stories.
House Rules & Expectations:
Respecting the space: Just like sharing a home with a flatmate or friend, I simply ask that we both keep our living space tidy and clean after ourselves.
House guidelines: I come from a Muslim background, so my home is an alcohol-free and pork-free space. I kindly ask my guests to respect this rule inside the apartment.
I am very easygoing, flexible, and looking forward to welcoming a respectful guest to share great conversations and experiences in Paris.
