Detalhes

Descrição
We are a plant medicine retreat center and regenerative living project rooted in the rainforest of the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica, near Corcovado National Park — one of the most biodiverse places on Earth.
Throughout the year, we host small, intentional retreats centered around master plant dietas and guided ceremonial practice, alongside yoga, meditation, and integrative healing work. We also cultivate medicinal plants, develop our gardens, and build regenerative systems that support long-term sustainability.
This is not a hostel or party environment. It is an active retreat space where quiet, responsibility, and respect for structure are essential — especially during retreat and ceremonial periods.
Outside of retreats, we focus on strengthening our gardens, tending medicinal plants, improving infrastructure, and expanding regenerative systems to support long-term sustainability.

Oportunidades de intercâmbio cultural e aprendizado
Volunteers will immerse themselves in daily life on a rainforest retreat on the Osa Peninsula, gaining firsthand exposure to one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in the world.
Through participation, you will develop practical skills in:
* Regenerative living and land stewardship
* Basic permaculture and food cultivation
* Medicinal plant care and cultivation
* Preparing and maintaining retreat spaces with care and integrity
* Living in rhythm with nature
There is space for personal yoga, meditation, and self-practice. This experience is designed for immersion, responsibility, and learning through participation rather than casual tourism.
Who This Opportunity Suits
This role is best suited for individuals who:
* Have experience in retreat spaces, yoga, permaculture, or intentional community living
* Are emotionally mature and self-responsible
* Feel comfortable living in a remote jungle environment
* Appreciate quiet, structured, and disciplined spaces
* Are motivated to contribute sincerely, rather than seek a vacation experience
* Are interested in plant medicine, master plant dietas, or are already walking this path
* Are writers, digital nomads, or creatives seeking focus and inspiration
If this resonates with you, please include in your application:
* A short introduction about yourself
* Relevant experience
* Your availability and intended length of stay
* What draws you to this kind of environment
Ajuda
We ask for approximately 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
Tasks may include:
* Preparing and cleaning retreat spaces
* Maintaining guest accommodations and common areas
* Garden support and food cultivation
* General land care
* Light kitchen assistance during retreat periods (e.g., chopping fruit, preparing simple soups, washing dishes)
* Being present on the land and feeding dogs when we are away
* Occasional small construction or maintenance projects
* Social media and content support (photography, short videos, light editing, or website updates — if you have experience)
We value initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are grounded, emotionally mature, and comfortable with structure. Volunteers will contribute meaningfully to a working retreat environment and are expected to honor the quiet and integrity of the space, especially during retreat and ceremonial periods.
***Minimum stay: one month, with a one-week trial period to ensure mutual alignment. Please apply only if you are genuinely committed to being part of the project and can honor this timeframe.***
