We spent 3 lovely days with Philippa and Darrall, it was like being with family!
They are warm people and they have a lot of knowledges to share. We were very happy to help them in their garden as much as we could.

We stayed two weeks with Phillippa and Darrall. It's an amazing and unforgettable experience for us. We mainly helped to build two wicking beds with used boats and rock steps in the garden. … read more time, we often went to drink a cup of coffee and walk on the beach with beautiful sunset. We had many wonderful nights together, such as singing together, watching movies, and sharing each other's cultures. We also learned a lot from Darrall's sharing about pentagon,golden ratio,and his research about whole new assessment for students. Those are inspiring for us. Staying with Philippa and Darrall is probably the best workaway experience in the world. I stayed for two weeks in a dream pentagon studio and they also allowed me to use another room in their main house as my office to do my computer work. The experience with Darrel and Phillipa was truly exceptional and rewarding! You can hardly find such kind hosts who literally treat volunteers as their family members!

Very good experience with this awesome couple. They ask 5h of help, sometimes they're a little more, sometimes less. It's depending on you.
