We would love a mature and friendly person to come and stay for at least 3 months.
Due to Corona we are seeking responsible people who can honestly, fit into the following:
Have been in the country for a while
Not exposed to corona
not been staying in hostels or other shared or high risk accomodation, and have been taking sensible precautions.
We have a child and relative who are immunocompromised and high risk so we cannot afford to take chances.
You will be like an au-pair. On Tuesday and Thursday you will be looking after our 9 month old baby. You will also have tasks such as (but not limited to):
Laundry
Cleaning
Sorting
Tidying
Cooking (gluten free and dairy free) - we can give you recipes!
We have three children and we are hands on parents so we have little time left for household duties! We love to meet new people and we are a busy but caring family and we love to travel with our kids. They have been to many countries and discovered many cultures so we love to learn something new from our helpers!
We eat very healthy meals - gluten and dairy free. We don't eat much sugar and we don't eat processed foods. If you are good at cooking we would welcome you to teach us something about your culture's food!
If you run out of specific tasks - don't be afraid - there is ALWAYS something to do!
We live in a great area of Christchurch and we have a nice warm home.

We have a lovely room out the back of our house so you will have your own space. Our house is warm and you are welcome to spend time inside in the evenings too.
We are close to ChCh city centre, the river and the beach, lots of tourist attractions. Its very easy to travel from our house even without a car. You can walk to the city centre, close to bus routes, walking distance to mall with food and supermarket and all necessities such as pharmacy and post shop. Great restaurants close by too.
