I stayed with Verena and her family for nearly three weeks after she reached out to me last minute. It was a wonderful experience. I was traveling alone to Germany to seek medical help for my badly healed broken elbow and I speak no German. She was helpful with calling several doctors and making appointments for me and eventually I saw an elbow

The timing worked out for both of us because she had recently adopted a new dog, a sweet and gentle Samojed who was strong and full of energy and needed a lot of exercise. When Verena sprained her ankle on the second day I was there, I was able to take Nora on long walks along the bike path. I was able to help with a few small household projects as well. I got to know the children and her partner Andrés and I played her beautiful steel string acoustic guitar and some of the flamenco parts I know how to play. We had a few singalongs with the ukeleles and guitar and I enjoyed the musical exchange. I saw she had been playing Scarborough Fair so I learned it and tried to play along. She took me to a nice casual restaurant nearby for lunch one time and an outing to Wassekuppe where there is snow and skiing. I am very grateful she reached out. I enjoyed the company of the children Danisha, Camira and Anwar. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a host and I would surely return if my travel plans point me in that direction. The small village of Hilders was very nice and I made full use of the nearby swimming pool and sauna which helped to alleviate some of my elbow pain at least temporarily.

I stayed with Verena for a month, and she ensured I never lacked anything to make my stay pleasant. I had a comfortable apartment in her cozy home, and she went the extra mile to adapt to my vegan diet when it came to fixing meals, which was very nice of her. It was an interesting experience staying in such a small village. I enjoyed hiking and
… read more exploring the trails in the nearby forests while taking photos of wildlife, such as deer and foxes.
I mostly worked on my own, but I had the freedom to prioritize the tasks the way I wanted after she explained on the first day what tasks she would like to get done, which worked perfectly for me. I helped her prepare a kitchen in the garage, reorganizing the myriad of work tools she had there and finishing the kitchen in the apartment downstairs, which involved carpentry and plumbing.
I'm grateful for her kind hospitality. I enjoyed our conversations over meals and meeting her kids and Andreas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any helper who wants to spend a few weeks in a relaxed and welcoming place.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Sergey is a wonderful and joyous workawayer. He does wonderful help, accomplishes the "undoable" tasks. He is the hero of roots, faucets & the kitchen. Rarely have I met such a positive person. I wish their lives continue in peace and happiness. The small village is an amazing place and I was able to walk in nature every day, experience traditional music festivals and join the village brass and wind band for their practices. Noah is a very smart person, who at the same time sees when a pair of hands is needed. There is literally nothing he cannot do, or he’ll tell you otherwise. He is willing to research on anything to get any job done.
Noah can work wonders in the kitchens. Each meal he prepares is not only nutritious but so delicious you do not want to stop eating.
Can I recommend this workawayer? Yes, wholeheartedly with all the stars of the universe if that was possible. Speaking for ourselves, we cannot wait to have him back here in Germany to stay for any length of time.
