  I'm Samantha, a presentation coach, and I live in a beautiful 4 bedroom resort-style home in Noosa Heads with my two friendly cavoodles. One of my cavoodles is expecting a litter of puppies, so you absolutely must be a dog lover!
  
  I'm looking for someone very handy who genuinely wants to help keep my home and gardened maintained as well as experience all that beautiful Noosa has to offer. I was an exchange student myself and lived with a german family in the US its one of the best things ive every done! However now Ive got a large home Im struggling to maintain on my own so Id love someone with genuine hands-on experience in anything building related, painting, gardening, handyman, cleaning and organising and or property maintenance who enjoys practical work and can confidently work independently.
  
  This is best suited to someone with solid practical experience who takes pride in their work and appreciates living in a beautiful home. Im a camera confidence and public speaking coach so if you need help communicating in person or for social media posts and podcasts Im very happy to help. I'm a Noosa local so can def show you around a bit and tell you all the things you should do to make the most of your time in Noosa.
  
  In exchange, you'll have your own private queen bedroom in a spacious resort-style home with full use of the kitchen, laundry, two media rooms, study, heated magnesium pool, tropical gardens and all living areas. The home is only 6 minutes drive from Noosa Main beach and is very central to most of what Noosa has to offer. Shops and cafes a 10 min walk away.

  I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and learning about their cultures, experiences and perspectives. Hosting is a wonderful way to make new connections and share experiences with someone from a different background. I was an exchange student myself and have travelled extensively. Im also a camera confidence and public speaking coach and very happy to help if you need a boost of confidence for public speaking or online chats to camera.
  
  As you'll be living in my home and helping with practical projects, it's important that you have good conversational English so we can communicate easily and work safely together.
  
  Outside of work, I enjoy walking my cavoodles, cooking, relaxing by the pool, staying active and making the most of everything Noosa has to offer. You're welcome to join me for meals if you like but will have plenty of space and privacy to do your own thing.

  Ajuda

  The work is varied, practical and mostly focused on maintaining the house and garden.
  
  Projects may include painting, gardening, general repairs, property maintenance, cleaning, help with puppies and other odd jobs as required. No week will be the same.
  
  Most tasks we'll do together, particularly at the beginning. Once you're familiar with what's required, I'm happy for you to work independently if you prefer.
  
  I'm looking for someone with practical experience who enjoys hands-on tasks and is happy to treat my home with the same care and respect they would their own.
  
  The hours are generally around 4 hours per day, 5 days per week however we can discuss this. Im very flexible and we can come to an agreement that suits you and what you want to do in Noosa.

  You'll have your own private queen bedroom in a beautiful resort-style home designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living.
  
  The bedroom is spacious, quiet and beautifully presented with a comfortable queen bed, quality linen, generous storage and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also have use of a stunning, large, near-new guest bathroom.
  
  You'll have full access to the home's amenities, including two media rooms, a dedicated study, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, indoor and outdoor dining areas, heated magnesium pool, tropical gardens, day beds and fast WiFi. The home is shared with just me, making it a peaceful and relaxed environment.
  
  Food is flexible. You're welcome to join me for meals when we're both home, and you'll also have full use of the kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own meals.
  
  I'm proud of my home and keep it to a very high standard. I'm looking for someone who enjoys living in a beautiful environment and is happy to keep their bedroom and guest bathroom clean, tidy and well presented at all times. That includes making the bed each day and keeping personal belongings in your room rather than in shared spaces.
  
  If you appreciate a clean, organised home and take pride in your surroundings, I think you'll feel very much at home here.
