Good experience with Bev and her girls. Erica is a really hard little worker - always offering to help around the house and Abby is really sweet.

This is the first time we have been to Australia and workaway. We visited two families and have a very good experience. We enjoy the work that Ingrid gave us to try, removed the weeds in the rose garden, cleaning the glass, separated the barks & chips of the cherry tree branches, and pick the oranges for juice...that's my girls favorite job.

… read more especially appreciate the way Ingrid teaches children. She gives the children a lot of imagination and space. The boys are very cheerful and polite . We enjoy playing with them very much. They educated their children very well. they're smart...humorous...The elder boy is a very considerate person as well, let us not feel embarrassed when we live together there.

Thanks for the nice experience!
I spent 5 weeks with Ingrid and her family, which was a really nice time.
For 10 days I helped Ingrid with their cherry orchard. We pruned the cherry trees, which was really exhausting but interesting and a nice experience of working in nature.
The three boys are really nice and open-minded, did a few runs with me
… read more and wanted to play soccer quite often. We had funny tennis competitions and I learned to play cricket.
Guy bought some cangaroo meat and we made burgers, that was really good!
Also I could spend a day at his work, which was an interesting day, too.
The farm in Narrabri isn’t in the city but I could use their bikes to ride to the town where you have everything you need.
All in all I would highly recommend to visit Ingrid, Guy, Christian, Leo, Victor and Roxxy🐶.
I felt like being at home and not 15000k from my own family away.

Finn had around 3 weeks with us at home and at the farm. I was super busy at the time so was really happy that Finn was so great with our 3 boys. They got along really well and he was really great at organising activities with them - playing with them and also organising them. They keep asking if he'll come back to visit again.

He also helped me around the orchard.
Finn's welcome back at our place any time. I think he'd also make a great au pair for a family with sporty kids.Comentário

We stayed with the Roth family for just over one week on our second week of travelling up the east coast. Guy had the possibility to pick us up in Sydney and drive us to Narrabri and show us a few places along the way, which was very lovely, straight from the start we felt very welcomed. As soon as we had some time off they made sure we would have the possibility to do something and explore, just for us to have a good time. They also made sure we didn't miss out on the must-try australian food and Ingrid spoiled us with so many amazing desserts. Malin and Michelle were delightful visitors. Very cheerful, friendly and always offering to help.
They helped out with a range of garden and household jobs - we are really enjoying the view through our sparkling clean windows!
They cooked us some delicious Swedish food - yumm!

Takuya was a great help with our garden. He helped us to build a whole new vegetable garden on an old garden bed that had been overgrown and weedy - and now we're enjoying the veggies!
He is a fantastic cook and we enjoyed lots of special Japanese meals.

It was great to have the Capello family visit us!

I stayed at the Roth's family from 3/7/2017 to 24/7/2017. The Roth couple has 3 small, energetic and sporty boys. Viktor, the smallest 5-year-old boy, always drew his parents' attention. The parents were very patient and cared their kids. Hence, this family was full of love and laughter.

He helped us while we were moving house and renovating - so that was all a bit super busy but Alex was really helpful and easy going, helping out in lots of ways (packing and moving boxes to cleaning and gardening). We did a couple of kayaking trips together and Roger linked up with some local climbers for some rock climbing.
His Chicago deep dish pizza, tacos and burgers were a big hit in our house!

I was lucky enough to stay with this family for a week. During this time, I was completely welcomed and it was lovely to have a taste of home life after 5 months on the road.
