We organize two periods of exchange with Workawayers, from 25.04 til 18.05 and from 15.06 til 14.07. If you would like to join us for one or both of these periods, please contact us.

We are a non profit organisation running the yoga ashram in the south-eastern French Alpes, at Barret sur Méouge.
The property (at 750m alt) covers 8 hectares, with 5 hectares meadows and a big garden area (vegetables, orchard and small fruits). The buildings and camping facilities allow us to host yoga retreats, trainings and guests.
Blessed with the "climat Provençal" from April til October, we enjoy bright sunny days but still fresh nights.
La Fontaine is runned by its residents and members/volunteers of the association.
Our community life is based on the yogic lifestyle of Kundalini Yoga, including Ahimsa (doing no harm), Sadhana (daily yoga and meditation practice), Seva (selfless service) and Simran (remembering in all circumstances our true and divine nature).
We do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, are vegetarian and eat organic food.
We will be happy to share this lifestyle and yoga practice with you!

You will have full access to all Kundalini Yoga practices and teachings we provide. A professional wood-worker, some Kundalini Yoga teachers and a Yoga Doula teacher are part of our staff.
The beautiful "Gorges de la Méouge", the rivers, forests and wild mountain landscapes are great for hiking, biking, climbing or just relaxing!
