The 1800ha Conservancy is dedicated to having a positive impact on the local environment as well as on the local communities that are located on its periphery. The conservancy is home to a pioneering Education Centre, a resident anti-poaching unit tasked with protecting wild fauna and flora and a thriving permaculture garden that's supplying both the lodge and local people with fresh produce. Add to this the ongoing conservation work being done to help protect and monitor our colony of 728 breeding pairs of endangered vultures, and you begin to understand our ethos of making a difference to both people and planet. It's this commitment that underpins everything we do.

By joining us, you will be living a bit of a bush life with wonderful outdoor experiences such as hiking with our guides, doing some sundowner trips, joining in on safaris to the Kruger National park and much more. You will also spend a lot of time with our local community which attend the courses and learn about the South African cultures and diverse languages.

Dear Workawayers, our sustainability project based in the heart of the Lowveld on a pristine Private Nature reserve, is in need of various skills. We are all about Conservation, Education and we also have a Permaculture garden. We are looking for various skills in gardening, computer skills for basic use of word, Excel for our skills program, Language training in English and also some help in sports development with a reference to Mountain biking and helping set up the biking trails and maintain our pump track and various tracks on the property.
We are looking for people to join us for minimum 3 weeks and maximum 10 weeks.
In exchange for 25-30 hours a week work you will be given 3 meals a day from the kitchen or given meat with vegetables from our garden for you to cook yourself. Full accommodation in our Eco Village in a shared twin tent for males and females separately . We live in a semi remote area and the town Hoedspruit is 30km away so you must be used to be on the property for longer periods . There are no bars or clubs anywhere near us .

Acomodação
We have newly built accommodation which will be used for our workaway. These are twin shared rooms with a shared bathroom. Everything is new and have never been used as we have just opened these untis. There are one or 2 free chalets which could also be an option if the person decides to stay a bit longer as 4 weeks.

Our Conservancy is located within the Kruger to canyons biosphere and in your spare time, there is a lot of nature to explore. From visiting the Blyde Canyon, the 3rd largest canyon in the world to the Kruger National Park and much more.
