We are looking for a young woman, Italian and/or English speaking, , as a waged housekeeping for the next season 2022 who could help us in our country house where we will accommodate friends/clients for the season.
We are an Italian family of 4, with 2 teen agers daughters; we live between Rome and the South Tuscany Region (Maremma). Our dream has always been to have a country house in this Region, as an ideal site to meet people (various Italian/non-Italian friends and guests are popping in and out much of the time especially during the summer time) and sometimes when we are not in we rent our house.
Our house style is a mixture between Tuscan tradition and modern design, located uphill, with a breathtaking view over the vineyards and the olive groves, with seaside background.
Our infinity salted pool is the ideal summer set to relax and enjoy this still uncontaminated part of the Southern Tuscany.
The Workawayer woman will live in our house in a private room with ensuite bathroom; we will provide her with a car for the opportunity to discover the area with all the historical, eno-gastronomic and coastal attractions and to know our local traditions.

Workawayers will learn about rural life in Tuscany and enjoy being part of an Italian community. They will taste good slow food and learn how to enjoy the Italian pace of life, meeting new people and make new friends. They could live in an uncontaminated natural environment, both close to the seaside (Argentario coast) and to the interior Etruscan villages and Thermal Baths (Saturnia), relax in a salted infinity pool during the summer time and their time off, explore the historical and eno-gastronomic surroundings getting to know one of the most interesting and unexplored Tuscan regions.

You will be sleeping in a room with private bathroom with shower.
In your time off, you can visit some historical villages in South Maremma, go to the beach (the Argentario Coast is one of the most amazing ones in Tuscany), walk through the countryside and the forest; as we are in countryside, you can move by car that we can provide, as the staff car. We will take our workawayers at the closest train station or sometimes we arranged from Rome airport (the closest one) and will take them back at the departure (train or airport).
PS We haven't any special insurance for workawayer, it is the responsibility of our workaways to organise their own insurance prior to arrival, if needed.
