  Hello!
  
  We are a friendly and welcoming Italian family of four living in Pisa, in the heart of beautiful Tuscany.
  
  We are a couple with two children, aged 9 and 11, and we would love to welcome a native or fluent English speaker for a cultural and language exchange.
  
  We are an open-minded family who enjoy travelling, meeting people from different countries, discovering new cultures and sharing experiences.
  
  You will have your own independent living space, offering comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
  
  We are looking for someone friendly, respectful, independent and genuinely interested in spending time with our children.
  
  At the same time, we fully respect your privacy, personal space and independence.
  
  We hope to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and where language learning happens naturally through everyday interactions.
  
  We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of Tuscany!

  Pisa is a wonderful place to experience Italian culture and explore Tuscany.
  
  Florence, Lucca, the Mediterranean coast and many beautiful destinations are within easy reach.
  
  You will have plenty of free time to discover the area, explore local attractions or simply relax in your own space.
  
  We enjoy spending time outdoors, and occasionally we love organising barbecues in our garden. You would be more than welcome to join us!
  
  We would also be happy to help you practise Italian, discover local traditions and experience everyday Italian life.
  
  You will stay in a private guesthouse located at the end of our garden.
  
  The guesthouse includes a bedroom, a private bathroom, a comfortable living area and a small kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals.
  
  Heating and air conditioning are available to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
  
  The guesthouse is accessed through our family home and garden, so we have a few simple house rules to respect everyone’s privacy and daily routines.
  
  You will enjoy your own private space while being welcome to join us for occasional barbecues and family gatherings in the garden.
  
  We believe that cultural exchange should be a positive and enriching experience for everyone.

  Our main goal is to help our children improve their English in a natural, enjoyable and engaging way.
  
  We would love to host someone who enjoys spending time with children, chatting, playing games, organising creative activities and helping them become more confident speaking English.
  
  Someone with experience teaching English or working with children would be especially welcome, although this is not essential.

  Acomodação

  We are happy to offer our guests something special: their own private guesthouse, located at the end of our garden in Pisa.
  
  Rather than just a room in our family home, you will have an entire separate living space where you can enjoy comfort, privacy and independence.
  
  The guesthouse includes:
  
  * A private bedroom
  * A private bathroom
  * A cosy living area
  * A small kitchenette for preparing your own meals
  * Heating and air conditioning
  
  The accommodation is provided free of charge.
  
  Meals are not included, but you will have your own kitchenette to prepare food independently.
  
  The guesthouse is located within our property and can be accessed through our family home and garden.
  
  For this reason, we have a few simple house rules regarding access, visitors and the use of shared spaces. These are intended to respect everyone’s privacy, security and daily routines, and we will explain them clearly before your arrival.
  
  We occasionally organise barbecues and informal gatherings in our garden, and you will always be welcome to join us.
  
  We believe this arrangement offers a wonderful balance between experiencing Italian family life and enjoying your own personal space and independence.
  
  We hope you will feel comfortable and at home during your stay!
