Discover our small residential complex, a kind of little oasis in the suburbs of the capital Asunción (13 km to the new city center - a ride with bus, Uber or Bolt is cheap over here). It is a small residential complex with rental properties, a pool, a large quincho and a large garden.
The location is ideal for experiencing the city life of Asunción and then being able to rest well in the peace and quiet. With the fast internet here, you can easily stay connected. The accommodation for the workaways is a bungalow that is modernly furnished, also has a desk and is overall cozy.
Here with us, depending on tenant occupancy, you can become part of a nice community. Your workaway adventure can be with us, where nature and work come together and every day is a new chance for inspiration with hummingbirds and exotic flowers, and depending on the season also fruit.

Entdecke unsere kleine Wohnanlage, eine Art kleine Oase im Speckgürtel der Hauptstadt Asunción. Es ist eine kleine Wohnanalge mit Mietobjekten, einem Pool, einem großen Quincho und einem großen Garten.
Die Lage ist ideal, um das Stadtleben von Asunción zu erleben, und danach in der Ruhe gut ausruhen zu können. Mit dem schnellen Internet hier bleibst du easy verbunden. Die Unterkunft für die Workaways ist ein Bungalow, der modern eingerichtet ist, auch einen Schreibtisch hat und insgesamt gemütlich ist.
Hier bei uns kannst du je nach Belegung durch Mieter, Teil einer netten Gemeinschaft werden. Dein Workaway-Abenteuer kann gerne bei uns sein, wo Natur und Arbeit zusammentreffen und jeder Tag mit Kolibris und exotischen Blüten, je nach Jahreszeit auch Obst, eine neue Chance für Inspiration ist.

NEWS:
for october we are looking for someone who can professionally build some small walls. Not talking about a house, just some walls, we would like to add here and there in the garden area 😉.

We are looking for passionate gardeners who want to get involved in the peace and quiet of our garden. Duties include planting and maintaining green surroundings.
Other than gardening we usually need help with other tasks as well : It can be painting, construction, planting, cleaning the small pool, petcare...
We have animals to take care of (2 dogs and 3 cats), giving them food and taking good care of their needs so they stay healthy and happy.
We also are interested in your ideas, so please feel free to suggest projects that you could work on :)
And of course If you have a special skill that could help our business you are more the welcome!
Therefore we are also looking for people with good craftsmanship and an eye for detail who can handle small renovation jobs. This includes repairs in the garden or sometimes in the house, adjustments and the skillful use of a brush.
The options are aimed at people who enjoy transforming rooms into aesthetically pleasing oases.
We expect the volunteers to work 4 to 5 hours a day with 2 days off each week. We are really counting on you to respect that, because there is always something to do in our area!

Bei uns gibt es Workaway-Möglichkeiten für individuelle Natur- und Handwerksbegeisterte oder auch für dynamische Duos.
Gesucht werden leidenschaftliche Gärtnerinnen und Gärtner, die sich in die Ruhe einbringen wollen. Aufgaben umfassen das Pflanzen und Pflegen der grünen Umgebung.
Ebenso werden handwerklich begabte Personen mit einem Auge für Details gesucht, die kleine Renovierungsarbeiten beherrschen. Dazu gehören Reparaturen im Garten oder auch mal im Haus, Anpassungen und der geschickte Umgang mit dem Pinsel.
Die Möglichkeiten richten sich auch an Personen, die Freude daran haben, Räume wieder in ästhetisch ansprechende Oasen zu verwandeln .

A bungalow with modern furniture. It has everything you need, from the work table, to the kitchenette, to the bedroom, to cozy corners for creative thinking. There are air conditioners and fans.
AS we stated in our profile, we are a company (small, just the 2 of us) and we would pay additional to the accommodation for the hours helped.
