  Hi There,
  We are Alberto and me (Valeria): the crew!
  My husband, Alberto, follows the daily farm tasks.
  We live in an ancient farm House in Italy, close to the Maggiore Lake and at the bottom of a hill, Sangiano Mountain.
  Alberto is bolivian and I'm italian.
  We have 4 dogs and a huge rural farm house.
  We need specific help in housekeeping, preparing meals, plants and taking care of veggie and animals as chickens,
  but also maintenance, gardening, decorating etc ...
  We love create connection and intercultural exchange.
  Help is volunteering, but we offer accomodation ( private or, just in case, sharing room- but only with others workawayers - ) food, hot water shower, washing machine, wifi and a bike to go around.
  We could provide a private park, if you want to join us by your own car.
  We are looking for polite and sunny people who are glad to spend time with us and share culture and knowledge.

  We could exchange an italian and bolivian culture. We could teach italian language and italian cousine, if you would like.
  My husband is a bolivian-italian chef.
  Come to live in a really rural farmhouse following the Season and the sun. Restart from the Nature and our Roots far away from the metropolitan Life-style.

  Ajuda

  I list the help requested just to give you more details but the activities could change based on season, whether and owners needed.
  Expertises are not requested but you must be aware of:
  - We work 5 hours/day and we aspect only hard workers;
  - Field is always down in a ground level so no bad backs for gardening tasks;
  - House is huge, we live in the country yard and we share our place within 6 to 20 people (workawayers) at the same time, so no bad backs (about tasks) and no sweet heart ( about the respecting of the house rules to keep everything as much clean as possible)
  
  - PROJECTS are in the WA standard (25hours/week) but they are not in the standard calendar based.
  We work super hard in double shifts for maximum 2 day and half CONSECUTIVE. This is great deal for people who love to see the results of their work but they are also for hard workers and hard lovers because concentrate the working hours open the spare time period. 2,5 working days/week with 4,5 spare time days. you could spent going around our amazing area or to arrange small journey to Torino, Venice, Milan, Florence, Pisa etc..
  
  We host less than one month only for projects activities.
  
  Housekeeping commonly tasks:
  Clean the open area collecting dog poo, keep tidy up the entire area (entrance, the farmer market shop and the park)
  Collect rubbish (based on calendar garbage)
  Clean and keep tidy the stairs, the rooms.
  Prepare lunch
  Maintenance of different home-made compost:
  Worn
  Bokashi
  Pollina
  Em
  
  Gardening tasks:
  To prepare the field
  To plant seeds
  To transplant plant from vase to field
  To clean plants already in the field
  Add "food compost" to the plants
  Harvest
  Watering plants
  Cutting old branches
  Fertilize plants, garden, trees (everywere)
  
  Animal farm tasks:
  feed
  give water
  collect count clean print eggs
  fertilize the chickeen yard (every 2 days)
  clean the chicken house (once a week)

  To renovate composter
  To restore a ceiling
  To renovate a room
  To renovate kichen
  
  We speak italian and spanish as mother tongue, we speak English but we are glad to improve it.
  Learn a new language would be great.

  Acomodação

  Possibility of Private room with wifi.
  No private bathroom.
  Electricity will be provide by solar panel, so we raccomande you to switch off the lights and unplugged your PC/tablet when you don't need it to avoid useless waste of energy.
  Bathroom is provided by warm water.
  Workawayers could share our laundry and our food. Food we share is basically come from our fields:
  Vegetables and fruits.
  We don't have any kind of food restrictions, but our diet is vegetables based, with eggs/milk often, rarely we eat meat or fish.
  We eat seasoning food in relationships with Nature.
  We eat 3 times a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  We live near lake and a hill. In your free time you could take a walk in the middle of nature, have a bath in one of several beaches near here. By bike reach the boat and visit Switzerland in a day trip. Milan is reachable by train.
