  I consider myself a sociable person and good friend I am a great defender of social rights and I really like the environment and travel. I live in a very cozy apartment and every weekend or free day I go hiking through my land that is Asturias natural paradise.
  
  Me considero una persona sociable y buen amigo soy gran defensor de los derechos sociales y me gusta mucho el medio ambiente y viajar. Vivo en un apartamento muy acogedor y todos los fines de semana o dias libre voy hacer senderismo por mi tierra que es Asturias paraiso natural.

  Los viajeros aprenderan a respetar el medio ambiente a la vez estaran en contacto con la naturaleza y fauna de la comunidad, asturias es una zona preciosa y les gustara mucho.

  The program is to do environmental work as such, collecting garbage on the trails, cleaning roads or paths, if on the way we find signs of hiking broken as we will fix, keep clean all the bins of hiking trails and so any task that Is emerging In addition to collaborating in daily household activities such as cleaning, making food, buying etc.
  Also in a rented meadow located 40 km from my city and specifically in the town of Agues in full nature will be given workshops of yoga, breathing, pilates etc. The volunteer will help in the preparation of the workshops if you have knowledge of such topics otherwise No problem, your help would be to help me organize.
  
  El programa es hacer labores medioambientaes como tales, recogida de basuras por los senderos,limpiar vias o caminitos, si por el camino nos encontramos señales de senderismo rotas pues las arreglaremos,mantener limpio todas las papeleras de las rutas de senderismo y asi cualquier tarea que vaya surgiendo. Además de colaborar en las actividades diarias del hogar tales como limpieza, hacer comida, comprar etc
  También en un prado alquilado situado a 40 km de mi ciudad y concretamente en el pueblo de Agues en plena naturaleza se impartira talleres de yoga,respiración,pilates etc El voluntario ayudara en la preparacion de los talleres si tiene conocimiento de dichos temas en caso contrario no pasa nada su ayuda seria ayudarme a organizar.

  The accommodation will be in single room, I should add that the bedroom is not very large but for one person this is ok, also it has lots of natural light and is very cozy, the volunteer will have his indidual bed with sheets and blankets included and of course private closet. The meals will be two where we can share and collaborate on typical dishes of the area, a healthy diet without fat.
  
  El alojamiento sera en habitacion individual, comentar que el dormitorio no es muy grande pero para una persona esta bien ademas tiene mucha luz natural y es muy acogedor,el voluntario tendrá su cama indidual con sabanas y mantas incluidas y por supuesto armario privado. Las comidas seran dos donde podremos compartir y colaborar en platos tipicos de la zona, una dieta sana sin grasas.

  Asturias is a green area and somewhat cold in winter, during the summer is warm therefore the clothing that is in line with the seasons.

  Asturias es una zona verde y algo fria en invierno,durante el verano es calida por lo tanto la vestimenta que sea acorde con las estaciones del año.
  Los voluntarios tendrán la información necesaria de la región donde vivimos y también seguridad en su trabajo.
  Ofrecemos recorridos por los lugares más interesantes de la región. Y les informamos de como moverse por la ciudad.
