  We have to remove the old plaster and re-plaster. A plasterboard wall and the fire protection ceilings have to be built. A wooden conservatory has to be restored.
  
  Wir müssen den alten Putz entfernen und neu verputzen. Eine Gipskartonwand und die Brandschutzdecken müssen gebaut werden. Ein Holzwintergarten ist zu retaurieren.

  The workawayer gets his own room. We have WiFi and a washing machie. The kitchen with all food is freely available to the workawayer to prepare a meal according to his own wishes. We are also happy to eat together.
  Please Please do not smoke in the house.
  
  Der Workawayer bekommt sein eigenes Zimmer. Wir haben WiFi und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche mit allen Lebensmitteln steht dem Workawayer zur freien Verfügung, um eine Mahlzeit nach seinen Wünschen zuzubereiten. Wir essen auch gerne gemeinsam.
  Bitte bitte nicht m Haus rauchen.

  Leipzig has many sights including the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, but also a lot to offer in terms of culture (opera, Gewandhaus). The Leipzig restaurants are also worth a visit. Leipzig city center can be reached in 20 minutes by train. In our village and in the surrounding area there are many swimming opportunities in summer. Excursions can be made to Dresden (100 km) and Berlin (200 km) the Harz, Thuringia, the Ore Mountains or to the Lausitz (Sorbs).
