🌿 Paid Workaway 2026 – Join Our Small Farm in Kaş, Turkey 🌿
About us
Our farm is located 700 meters above sea level, just a 15-minute drive from Kaş. On 8,000 m² of land we care for old trees, Mediterranean plants, and small permaculture projects. We also run several Airbnb guesthouses. Our philosophy: live in harmony with nature, work sustainably, and create a unique experience for our guests.
What we are looking for
For 2026 (around 6 months) we are looking for a person or a couple to help run our farm and take responsibility. We welcome people who:
• love farm life 🌱
• enjoy hands-on, practical work 🔨
• are reliable and keep their word 🤝
• treat nature and guests with care
👉 Please note: we cannot host people with addiction or alcohol problems.
Main tasks
• Keep the farm running (plants, animals, general maintenance)
• Clean and maintain the guesthouses
• Take care of guests: check-ins & check-outs
• Do small repairs and practical tasks depending on your skills
Accommodation
You will have your own private house on the farm with kitchen, bathroom, and cozy amenities – your personal retreat in nature.
Extra opportunities
Depending on your skills, I can offer a salary.
There are also many ways to earn extra income, for example by preparing and selling small meals or breakfasts to our guests.

Hello dear Workawayers!
We own a stunning farm nestled in the breathtaking mountains of Kaş, a region renowned for its natural beauty, rich history, and being a mecca for divers exploring the stunning underwater world of the Mediterranean. Our farm is situated in the enchanting surroundings of Kaş, known as a haven for divers. On our expansive property, there are three charming houses that we rent out on bnb. For the upcoming summer season (May to September), we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist us with farm work and also help with hosting our bnb guests.
Tasks:
Assisting with the maintenance and development of our permaculture projects
Helping with the cultivation and care of vegetables and fruits
Aiding in the care of our animals (we have some animals on the farm)
Hosting our bnb guests, including check-in and check-out, as well as helping with questions and needs
Accommodation and Food:
We provide you with a private house on our property where you can comfortably settle in. All meals are included, and we prioritize fresh, local, and healthy food.
Requirements:
We would prefer if you come as a couple, as this can make guest management more convenient. Experience in farming or permaculture is advantageous but not mandatory. What's most important to us is your enthusiasm for ecological practices and your willingness to pitch in.
Motorcycle Knowledge:
Additionally, we would like to offer our guests the freedom to explore the surrounding area, and therefore, motorcycle knowledge would be advantageous. We have motorcycles available for guest use, and volunteers with motorcycle experience can assist guests in safely enjoying this option.
Getting to Know Each Other:
We welcome all applications and would love to get to know you online to explore how we can work together effectively.
Leisure Time:
During your free time, you can explore the stunning natural surroundings of the Kaş region, go hiking, or, if you're a diver, take advantage of the nearby Mediterranean, a true diver's paradise.
If you're interested in becoming a part of our team and spending a summer in the mountains of Kaş, with the added opportunity to explore the underwater wonders of the Mediterranean and assist guests with motorcycles, we look forward to hearing from you! Kaş is an amazing place for trakking, paragliding and diving... A lot of alternative tourist are around here. But the best is our villige in mountains. Pure nature lot of hidden viewpoints that only we know and use.
