  About me I feel like a young man, but I m not actually considering biology standard and classification parametres. I m precisely 50 yo now . Incredibile how thè time goes fast. I come from different background, very eclectic person , arts fresco , architectures , informatics and more I guess.
  
  I have a house,better to say , a chalet or refugee in thé middle of a chestnuts forest in Tuscany,n thé middle of nowhere actually.
  The chalet Is completely made of Stones and chestnuts wood .
  The Place Is located at 942 meters slm. There are not words to describe thé peace and beauty of here.
  Drinkable water comes from a small source not far in thé forest where I m improving the collecting point of water supply.Electric energy comes from the sun by using solar panels.
  I have lived here several beautiful years then for complicated reasons I had to left here for following my ex partner and our daughter that has 3 yo now.
  Now I am back , It's about one month that I have returned. I couldn't sleep well thinking this place abandoned.At the moment I m fixing some important damages and enjoying the paradise here .
  The Project is to make this place a Village by sharing It with people who love It and would like to stay as long as they wishes.Working Is part of style of life here,on the mountain,but also relaxing is very important.
  At the moment I m alone with a cat which sleeps outside and a couple of mouses that I would like to capture,possibly alive but it seems they are not agréé with my noble animalist intentions.We will see...
  
  The Place especially during winter is very sélective. At the moment ,luckly, I have non car so in order to buy foods I go down to the nearest Town by using my own feet. Entirely going through thé forest it gets 20 mins to go downto the bus stop , 10 mins of bus and than back home climbing up for about 50 mins . There are 400 Mt of altitude différence to walk down and up. When I climb up I m usually a bit charged with food and whatever.
  Now that the vegetable garden is out if production I have to go to the supermarket more often .I go once in a week on average.
  
  When I go down town I usually enjoy taking a good cappuccino with brioche .

  The chalet Is part of a community of people who love this mountains . Some of them have animals ,kids and organize pizza parties with music. There is a sauna with a little lake in front of It where I like going to enjoy and relax sometimes.I spend most of my time off grid , looking for mushrooms ,dear's hornes at the end of February .I know pretty well the chains of Mountains here around and almost all the ancient paths which brings to différent interesting places to visit. It's easy to get lost here especially during night . It's important to pay attention and being prudent cause we are really in the wild. The standard paths are well marked but there are critical passages anyway. It's not the Himalaya chain indeed but can be dangerous as well especially if you get back at night.
  Thè time gets slow hereby, thoughts go fast but the nature has his rules which help us to slow the noisy mind.
  
  I have lived here the four seasons.it's not for everybody but it's simply breathtaking.
  I Need a trustworthy person ,relaxed and who likes to stay on his own sometimes, relaxing,doing tasks, doing art craft or walking around... whatever. We will do most of the tasks together and also will spend together free time sometimes . I love also being alone and get lost in the immense forest around.
  At the moment I can afford to have a person preparing the place to welcome a third one in spring.I want to make a team of guys that on and off want to give their contribute to my vision . My aim is to create a Foundation which is made of good willing people who care about Nature , Animals, Loyalty and all those values which can improve this Planet. Organising parties , playing music and dancing is part of the vision of course.
  It doesn't matter if male or female ,it's important that you are already a bit sporty,physically trained I mean ,a person used to go the mountains , tidy as much as possible. The house is very rural,vwe re relaxed, but regularly we range our stuff making the house a bit tidier.
  
  My aim is to get the house ready to have more guest, I really enjoy leaving here.
  
  There are many good books in the house. If you're a bricolage type we need a library to be built and others things according if your ideas and experience.
  
  It's important to come with good mountain shoes and a frontal light, clothes for winter and a sleeping bag. I have very nice and clean stuff that I will provide if I see that our hygienically standards match. For me it's very important to clean hands before cooking and feet before going to sleep. Nails must be short.
  We live in rural conditions here but we can keep our good hygienically standards of we want.
  In the house there is a clean comfortable shower spot. You need to mix the cold water to the warm one in a big suitable recipient.... it's easy and funny.
  We have a very good compost toilet with a bidet or you can go just in the Nature with a bottle of water or paper, up to you.
  Unfortunately I cannot explain everything ,it doesn't make sense.
  
  I m putting a message in a bottle....

  I love listening music , sometimes watching movies or documentaries about lots of different topics, I use my smartphone for this ... I m not addicted but I love it.
  Take your headphones if you re used to use your smartphone or laptop.

  Ajuda

  I have a Dream. I want this place become a hub for youths . A place where they organise parties why not and enjoy the Nature as well.
  At the moment I need somebody who would like to expérience a truly rural montain life, somebody who is greedy to learn to be self-sufficient and maybe if conditions are favorable he might stay.
  At the moment I m preparing your room beside the mine. We sleep under the roof in separate wooden cabins .
  
  I need a willing relaxed person who helps me to clean all the materials that have been abandoned all over thé years. We will do It together and take It tò the nearest collection point that is about 20 mins of a beautiful Mountain path.
  Now that winter is approaching ,collecting wood is a must every day . We go in the forest to take wood we use for heating and cooking and producing hot water .

  I grew up in Rome and spent many years thereby. I m all the time willing to learn new languages and to teach italian with grammar rules for those who are interested . Practising is essential but with some theoretic support we make the difference no matter thé field of application isn't it?

  The accommodation is beautyful but rural,like a refugee I would say.
  Depending of the season we have to pay attention to not waste too much water. Here we sensibilise ourselves to not waste natural resources.

  During time off that we can schedule, you could go for a great walk exploring the community, getting lost in the forest, stay at home or visiting Pistoia , a very beautiful renaissance style city, reach of history,
  monuments, bar , restaurants etc . Once you go down to reach the bus stop,bit takes 40 mins to get to Pistoia , ticket is not cheap, about 4 euros .
