  Close to the beautiful village of Santa Clara-a-Velha, is a small, would be, smallholding, help with painting, clearing shrub land for future use etc. Peaceful mindfulness, bringing meditation into our every moment whatever we are engaged upon is the daily aim , happiness, music,singing,dancing , artistic expressions of all kinds are all great and there is always 'time' to explore our own stillness. There is also plenty of time for swimming which in 'my world' is the most important daily activity. The lake is a short walk away and is bliss to swim in.
  There are longer term aimsfor this beautiful place but I am right at the beginning of the transformation so input, energy and humour are as equally welcome as loving people. I will not always be able to accommodate Workaways but single travellers are very welcome.

  Learning the life of a closely knit Portuguese community, enjoying wildlife and wild beauty. We have eagles, otters, javali, mongoose, foxes, golden oriel, kingfishers, swallows galore, storks etc.etc. We also enjoy the purest,cleanest water in Europe, and we swim in it!!!

  Regular Meditations in-between trips to the lake for swims are the norm, being aware of guidance throughout our daily activities in order to be as 'responsible' as possible and evolve our souls.
  I am an author. Music and painting are also daily joys so musicians and artists are doubly welcome!!
