  We're a mountain side boutique hotel with onsen and a focus on art, design and nice food. The hotel only is only open during winter and in the green season we are busy renovating, designing and building. We're always on the look out for like minded people. We're currently relocating and re-building a farm house and turning it into a timber/craft workshop.
  
  As the hotel is currently closed during the green season, we have plenty of guest rooms available. Ideally we're looking for creative, design oriented people who don't mind getting hands on in renovation work during the green season.
  
  During winter we will be looking for hotel staff. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're interested in either winter or green season experience/work or both.

  It's a good opportunity to learn about traditional architecture and design. There's lots of hiking, natural onsen and waterfalls, a lake, fishing, swimming etc and lots of snow in winter.

  Ajuda

  We're currently working on a few projects including re-locating and re-building an 170 year old Japanese farm house with a local carpenter. We'll align work depending on your skills level.
  
  We're also renovating a ski chalet to open next winter. For renovation design work we will pay 1000 yen per hour. The pay will increase if you have building experience and skills such as carpentry/electrical/plumbing.
  
  We will pay minimum wage for renovation/demolition work (working visa required).

  Stay in our boutique hotel next door, currently the hotel is closed so you will have a large guest bedroom to yourself. Also with access to our onsen (hot spring), lounge, kitchen the whole hotel really.
