We are a family with 2 children (15 and 16 years old) and live on a time-out farm in Lower Austria in the beautiful Waldviertel on the border to the Mühlviertel. Animals are our passion, so we have lots of them - dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, mini pigs and horses. We work from home and live a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. We need help with animal care and daily chores. Riding is not part of our activities, but is possible in our free time depending on ability and by arrangement. We look forward to meeting new people.
If you like animals and want to get to know Austrian life on a farm, we look forward to your visit. We have room for a maximum of 2 people.

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (15 und 16 Jahre alt) und leben auf einem Auszeithof in Niederösterreich im schönen Waldviertel an der Grenze zum Mühlviertel. Tiere sind unsere Leidenschaft, daher haben wir viele davon - Hunde, Katzen, Hühner, Puten Minischweine und Pferde. Wir arbeiten von zu Hause aus und leben vegetarisch / vegan. Wir brauchen Hilfe bei der Tierpflege und bei den täglichen Hausarbeiten. Reiten gehört nicht zu den Tätigkeiten, ist jedoch in der Freizeit je nach Können und Absprache möglich. Wir freuen uns, neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Wenn Sie Tiere mögen und das österreichische Leben auf einem Bauernhof kennen lernen wollen, freuen wir uns auf Ihren Besuch. Wir haben Platz für maximal 2 Personen.

We are a German-Austrian family with 2 children who love animals and nature. We have lived in different countries and are very much looking forward to getting to know new people and cultures.
Our farm is in a secluded location and only 5 minutes away from the Frauenwieserteich.
The Waldviertel is located in the north of Lower Austria and offers a lot of nature, forest and the famous Wackelsteine. The unspoilt nature and the mild, stimulating climate with warm days and cool nights are particularly suitable for climatic cures. Cycling, hiking, fishing, recharging your batteries, cross-country skiing and ice skating are just a few of the leisure activities on offer.

Wir sind eine deutsch-österreichische Familie mit 2 Kindern, die viel Liebe zu Tieren und der Natur haben. Wir haben in verschiedenen Ländern gelebt und freuen uns sehr darauf, neue Menschen und Kulturen kennenzulernen.
Unser Hof liegt in Alleinlage und nur 5 Minuten vom Frauenwieserteich entfernt.
Das Waldviertel liegt im Norden Niederösterreich und bietet sehr viel Natur, Wald und die berühmten Wackelsteine. Eine intakte Natur und das leichte Reizklima mit warmen Tagen und kühlen Nächten sind besonders für Luftkuren geeignet. Radfahren, Wandern, Fischen, Kraft tanken, Langlaufen, und Eislaufen sind nur ein paar der möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten.

We have single rooms with bathrooms.
You are welcome to eat with us but it is also possible to cook in a separate kitchen and spend the evening alone.
Since we ourselves live organic, vegetarian / vegan, we do not want meat or fish to be eaten in our house. Also, smoking is not allowed in our house, but outside is not a problem for us.
