Ćao! We run a medium-sized hostel in the vibrant city of Belgrade.
We're located outside of the city center (5 stops/10 min on the bus) which allows us plenty of space including a large courtyard in which our pets, Fritz&Albert, enjoy to play.
Our modern/industrial designed common space is the heart of the hostel in which you will find the reception desk, kitchen/dining, lounge area, all in a separate building to the bedrooms meaning there is no curfew policy.
High-speed wifi is available throughout the entire premises.
As much like hosting couples, we've unfortunately had a few in the past months that have caused us to (at least temporarily) not accept any couple requests. :( -

We host volunteers and guests from all over the world. By volunteering here, you'll not only meet these people and learn from them, but also experience the Belgradian way of life. And if you're an artist, you'll even leave something behind for others to see :)

Ajuda
We are looking for easy-going sociable people to help at the reception area. Your main task is to be a cool helpful host who is willing to help guests and keeps a nice atmosphere in the hostel.
Generally you'll be responsible for checking guests in and out, socializing and answering any questions that may arise. This includes looking through the new bookings and emails, payments handling, filling in the new arrivals to our system, keeping reception area tidy and occasionally cleaning/making sure the rooms are ready.
If you're applying for this, please consider at least one month stay. This work will require some training and practice therefore short stay doesn't make much sence.
Also, looking for artists. So if you can paint or really create any visual medium, please let us know. There is a lot of wall (and ceiling) space that is ready for painting and a couple of old murals that could use a new look :). The minimum stay doesn't necessarily apply for this. Contact for more details. -

Belgrade offers plenty of great and interesting places to visit. I have lived my whole life here and I can recommend and direct you to anything that peaks your interest. The city is also quite cheap compared to the Europe or US.
Getting from our hostel to city centre takes about 25-30 minutes by foot, or 10 minutes by a bus that stops just across the street.
We have a nice beach, amazing fortress with an exceptional view, two big rivers, lots of museums and a plethora of places to go out to offer to you. People in Belgrade are extremely friendly, so even if traveling alone, you can always make new friends :) -

I stayed at this hostel for 2 weeks, it was a nice experience. depending on how many volunteers are here, you'll have enough free time to enjoy the city. The shared areas, kitchen + garden are great, feels like home.

No need to say the hostel was amazing and full of every comfort, perfect for both guests and volunteers. Daniele stayed with us for a while and it was truly a pleasure to both meet and host him. He's very flexible and absolutely fun to hang out with. I spent nearly 6 weeks here and what a great experience it was. The hostel itself is beautiful, belgrade a lot of fun and Branko the perfect boss/all round great guy. You'll get to see a side of the city you normally wouldn't be fortunate to here and get to be part of new hostel that's really going places.
