Detalhes
Descrição
We are a couple in our late 50's, in 2016-17 we travelled through the UK and Europe and had many great workaway experiences. We're active people and enjoy caring for our large garden along with cycling and hiking and other outdoor interests. We have a good network of friends and we often share meals etc together. Nelson is a gorgeous seaside town with lots of walking/cycling tracks and much to see and do.
Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado
Manutenção geralOportunidades de intercâmbio cultural e aprendizado
We enjoy meeting new people to learn about life in other parts of the world and we're happy to share our experiences. We're keen to exchange ideas on food, cultural practices and traditions. We can offer our knowledge of Maori greetings, songs, practices and worldview.
We can offer a relaxed happy home with great food and wonderful views in a central location.
We can provide a bicycle and plenty of suggestions of places to visit and things to see. The Brook Sanctuary is within 15 minutes by bike as are swimming holes and walking/mountain biking tracks.
There is an active Arts community in Nelson and we're lucky in have regular arts festivals and events.Projetos que envolvem crianças
