  Germana is graduated in Philosophy and sh's also a teacher at the local hight school, Franco is a Tai Chi teacher and dancer. In the last years we focus mainly on our project, between dance, yoga retrait and sustainable research projects, hosting many international workshop in the nature.

  In our centre and in general in Valle d'itria you can meet people from all over the world and with cultural interests ranging from dance to art, to permaculture...

  Ajuda

  We are looking for a person or a couple wanting to support us in our daily life: mainly the point is support us preparing the spaces for hosting groups attending our workshops, helping cooking, cleaning, compost and making the kitchen and the other social spaces clean and harmonious. We also ask to help a little bit gardening and harvesting fruits and olives, depending on the period of the year and the season. The context where we live it's amazing, we run a retreat center in the country for dance and permaculture projects. So maybe we can ask a hand also in our artistic activity (welcoming host, promotion on internet, different art projects...). During the helping period it's not possible to partecipate at the workshop, as you come to support the group and us, but all the meals or social activities and performance of party you are warmly invited to take part, as part of the team! We are looking for a person hard worker and with a big sense of autonomy, creative, flexible and easy in communication.

  Acomodação

  Out of season (june, september) there is the possibility of staying in a trullo or other independent stone buildings on our property. If we host our dance retreats, however, it could happen that you sleep in a tent. The tents are equipped with a mattress and are in the shade. Hot showers, shared meals, conviviality, when possible we go to the beach together!

  We live in "Valle d'Itria", wonderful area full of life, offering a rich calendar of events throughout the year, from big festivals to live concerts, film festivals and art exhibitions. There is a bus stop 15 min. walking from our house, arriving to the closest village of Cisternino and ostuni, linked with all the region by train. There are many beaches and natural reserve joinable by bus. The nature all around the house is fantastic: olive trees, wild herbs, almond and fruit trees, with an incredible view on the valley. The sea is visible on the horizon! We live in harmony with nature. All our lighting, hot water and heating are as energy efficient as possible, and we don’t need air conditioning because our buildings keep themselves cool. All water is captured from the roof and waste is minimised via recycling and composting. On part of the property we use biodynamic and traditional farming methods to grow fruit and vegetables. We host usually also wwoofers, so we are quite use to live with volunteers! During all year there are many artistic activities around us!
