Join us for a relaxed rooftop movie night and international meetup at Ogawa Mansion / Bajka 166 in Osaka! This event is organized by our Workawayer Scarlett, who is staying with us and helping build our community. We will screen the Thai film SOLIDS BY THE SEASHORE, distributed in Japan by Foggy. It will be a small, friendly rooftop gathering rather than a formal cinema screening, with light refreshments and time to talk about cinema, travel, art, community, and life in Osaka. The film also has a special connection to Bajka 166, as it features an artist-in-residence space in Songkhla, Thailand, which has inspired the atmosphere we are trying to create here. Travellers, Workawayers, local residents, film lovers, artists, and anyone interested in international exchange are welcome. Space is limited, so please book in advance.
