Fun acro jam for all levels. beginners workshop 12 - 13.30 hrs on donation basis JOIN OUR FUN ACRO JAM(S): everyone welcome !! 🤸♀️✨ All levels welcome - beginners, intermediate and advanced. A playful day of Acroyoga, Acrobatics, Thai Massage, bodywork, sharing and experiencing techniques and flows, shared food, and hanging out with lovely humans. We'll start with a fun intro workshop were everyone is welcome, times are flexible. Come for the whole afternoon or just drop in anytime. Bring something tasty to share for the potluck if you like (and nourishing snacks for yourself). EVERYONE is welcome! Bring your friends, your curiosity, and your smile 😄 Purely donation based. intermediate and advanced folks: FOR FREE.
