Hey everyone. My friends and I will be in Jordan and we're planning to spend NYE out in Wadi Rum. So far we're just three people and the rough plan is to find and head to a desert camp, stay two nights and use the time to switch off and walk around the desert and sit by the fire at night. Winter nights around that time of year are usually very clear and there is a meteor shower forecast so the sky really opens up and you can see the Milky Way with shooting stars crossing it all night. This is not a tour or an organized event we're just a few travelers whose dates happen to match. Everyone covers their own accommodation and personal expenses and we just split whatever shared costs come up between us like food or fuel or anything we do together. If you will be in Jordan around that time and want a chill New Year in the desert over a bonfire and cool stories, you are welcome to line up your plans with ours 👋🏽🏜️
