Hi! I’m Przemek — a curious, positive, and active person who feels happiest surrounded by mountains, water, and nature.

I’ve lived and worked in places like Norway, Australia, and now Swedish Lapland, which has taught me how to adapt quickly, live well with others, and enjoy simple things: fresh air, good conversations, and meaningful experiences.

Professionally, I work in hospitality, currently as a Restaurant Manager at a lodge!
I love hiking, kayaking, exploring new landscapes, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

I enjoy being useful and contributing to a place, and I don’t mind getting my hands dirty at all — I’m happy to help with different tasks and adapt to whatever work is needed.

I’d describe myself as easy-going, respectful, reliable, and proactive. I’m comfortable with shared accommodation, used to remote locations, and genuinely enjoy community-style living.
I’m visa-approved for Canada and available from April, looking for a summer experience where I can help, learn, and enjoy life in a beautiful natural environment.

Yes, absolutely! I really enjoy learning new languages and using them to connect with people and local culture. Right now, I’m learning Swedish so I can communicate better with locals here in Sweden and feel more part of everyday life. I’d also be very happy to teach my mother tongue, Polish, if that’s something a host is interested in. I enjoy cultural exchange and sharing language in a relaxed, practical way — through conversations, daily activities, or just having fun with it. For me, language is not just about words, but about understanding people and feeling more at home wherever I am.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m Przemek, originally from Poland, and I love travelling, meeting people, and discovering new places.
Over the years, travelling has taken me to different countries where I’ve worked in hospitality, which is what I do now. I really enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere wherever I am.

While travelling and working, I naturally grew into supervisory and management roles, so I’m used to taking responsibility, helping others, and leading by example — always in a relaxed, down-to-earth way.

I also like practical, hands-on work. I’ve helped my dad with construction projects (including assisting with building cabins in Norway) and helped my mum with gardening, which added some very useful real-life skills. I’m happy to help with maintenance, outdoor work, or anything that needs doing, and I really don’t mind getting my hands dirty.

I’ve also spent a lot of time looking after my niece, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how important trust and kindness are — especially when living with others.

Overall, I’m easy-going, positive, and fun to be around. I enjoy good conversations, shared meals, time outdoors, and being part of a household or community.

A few extra things about me 😊

I have a kayak licence for open water as well as lakes and rivers, and kayaking is one of my favourite things to do whenever I’m close to water. I love being outdoors in general

I’ve hiked more than 100 mountains in Norway, and I also enjoy trekking, cycling, and running.

When I’m indoors, I enjoy board games (my favourites are Ticket to Ride and UNO), reading, and relaxing with good company. My favourite book is Metro 2033, love a good story that really pulls you into another world.

And food is important! My all-time favourite dish is pierogi. I make them quite often using my grandma’s recipe, and I’d be very happy to cook them and share them with you , it’s one of my favourite ways to connect with people 😊.

Overall, I’m active, curious, and enjoy both adventure and cosy moments at home.
