I am Niels.

I've been collecting waste for a sustainability company for the past 2 years and I feel it is now time to open up a new chapter in my life. What that exactly is, I am not sure yet. I want to add a little bit of love to places of love in this world. I need to find my 'true name' again, for those of you who have read the Inheritance series by Christopher Paolini. I'm also a pretty normal guy at the same time.

Past years, I hosted events (ie. authentic relating, meditation). I drove around through the chaos of amsterdam in my e-vehicle and got to know almost 50% of the businesses in the city on a very specific personal level. I'm authentic, I sleep a lot. I integrate fluently. I hosted a bunch of people on couch hosting websites. I volunteered and worked in so many places, I feel like I've gotten very good at the skill of just dropping into a new place immediately.

I have a very huge random assortment of skills. It is very likely some of them will apply to your situation. That being said, I always see myself as a beginner in everything so that I may keep learning throughout my entire life.

I'll teach your kids some piano. I'll build you a static website. I'll build you an IKEA shelf. I'll change out your car's tire. I'll chop 500 carrots. I'll help you organize a creative gathering. I'll provide qualitative feedback on your project. I'll teach Math or English to your community. And a lot more!

There has been big sickness and trauma in my life. I've spent an entire year in bed. It changes ones life view.

Let's get to know each other. Some things that are important to me on a practical level:
- I would like to avoid using my phone as much as possible, so I'd appreciate communication via notes and planned activities. (I don't use What's App at all when I travel as to stay in the moment with my hosts and surroundings)
- I have limited energy, so it's important to me that the work is actually part time. I will offer some flexibility with this as with everything, but if you're looking for a fulltime volunteer we are not the right match.

Those are actually the most important. On a lot of things I'm very flexible.
