  Description

  I'm a dutch guy who decided to take off to France 5 years ago, to lead a more calmer life, closer to nature. I managed to acquire a nice property with some land in the countryside. Situated in the Creuse, it is a place of tranquillity and lot's of nature. Perfect environment for Hiking, biking or just chill enjoying the peace and quiet.
  
  I have a small individual business in the rental of all that has to do with camping or sports and pleasure - MTB, Kayak, Laser game, camping equipment including some equipped glamping on a camping nearby. My Workawayer can make use of these features for his own leisure.

  I learn as I go. I was a Mathematics teacher before I went to France. My personal skills and knowledge is very diverse and learn more every day. Meeting new people is always nice. I love to share my knowledge and skills in DIY, gardening, and building, languages and or the region in general. I'll be working alongside to share my knowledge, and at the same time learn from you.

  Aide

  Having ones own property also requires maintenance and improvement, And the same goes for gardening and building up to be somewhat self sufficient (growing own food, chopping wood for the stove). I'm not completely off the grid nor do I wish to be, but why go to the supermarket when you can enjoy growing your own vegetables!
  
  A workaway guest would join me in my lifestyle, helping out with al kinds of projects: gardening, landscaping, house improvement, or just the daily tasks that come with living, cleaning, washing cooking. Of course we will also just chill getting to know each other and learn from each other.

  I can help with the languages I know, I think it's practical that a guest has some knowledge of at least one of my spoken languages.

  Hébergement

  I have a separate guest room with toilet for my guest to occupy. Free to accommodate as he or she sees fit. (I can provide wanted essentials - bed, desk, chair, but also television and internet or personal fridge, if desired)
  
  The bathroom, kitchen and dining room are shared, but free to use even in my absence.
  
  The cooking and eating will usually be done together, all in good consultation (likes, dislikes). Cooking can also be a very nice learning and sharing experience.

  In your time you are free to do whatever you wish. As I live a bit away from transportation, I can offer a ride when needed. A (good) mountain-bike is also a good option, and I have those to borrow.
