はじめまして！丸子って言います。今年、秋宇宙学のphd始まります！ダークエネルギーの研究したいです〜

結構カオスな人なんですが、世界を見たいし、色々な人達と遊びたいし、旅行楽しみにしてます！Work Awayの日常的な経験は、日本の文化や人々と本物の繋がり出来ると思います！

旅行出来ない時は、人達を集めるのが趣味です！文化協会のインターナショナル晩御飯とか、パーティーとか、カラオケイベントとか！料理が好き！（ラーメンとカルボナーラみんなに作ってあげられると嬉しい！）外で遊んだり、自然中に過ごしたり、ビミョウな冒険やったりするの好きです！

で、音楽大好きです！！アイリッシュのバイオリン弾いて、とちっちゃいフルートどこでも持ってく！ ：）日本の音楽だったら、沖縄の民謡が最高と思います！三線も三味線も弾きたいです〜

家にいる時ホビーは、友達に手紙を書いたり、絵を描いたり、カリグラフィー（書道できません笑）、ゲーム（ボードゲーム、RPG）！日本製万年筆好きです（パイロットカスタム８２３）

人生の夢は船で世界一周する〜

Hi! My name is Marco, and this fall I will start a PhD in Cosmology! I want to study dark energy which is the most exciting stuff in the universe I think :D

I'm pretty chaotic and love to goof around and meet new people, and that's what drives me to study languages and travel! I believe that the most genuine connection with the people and culture can only be found by sharing everyday life, which is why I chose to do WorkAway!

When I'm not travelling, I'm constantly gathering people, organizing international potlucks, parties, karaoke nights with a cultural association. If I can I will cook for everybody in these parties! Carbonara or ramen :) I love to be oustide, spend time in nature or go on silly adventures!

I love love love music! I play the Irish fiddle and have a little tin whistle that follows me everywhere I go :) I really dig all sorts of Japanese music: my favorite is Okinawan music, and want to learn sanshin or shamisen one day.

When I feel like staying indoors I like to write letters, draw, or do calligraphy with my fountain pens! My favoritest is the Pilot Custom 823! And I like board games and RPG (both as player , and as master).

When I'm old and grey my dream's to sail across the globe!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My normal work is mostly math and coding! I tutored for years in math and physics. I love to cook and will happily do so for up to 20 or so people :) I can help with English and Italian!

I grew up in a mountain village in rural Italy, and had to join my dad in all sorts of physical tasks:
- chopping wood (chainsaw/ax, log splitter), carrying it around in a tractor
- masonry: things like a staircase or a stone barbecue, tearing down walls
- farm keeping: maintaining the vegetable garden, weeding, looking after chickens, geese, dogs, cats, tortoises, parrots
- basic carpentry, interior painting
