Description
Hi, Emily & Mike here, and we run a ski lodge in Japan.
The concept is simple. A ski lodge tucked away in the mountains that delivers our guests everything they need for the ultimate ski holiday. Comfort. Service. Movie room. Spa room. Located On-resort in Japanese powder. Inspiring and delicious food. Served by real people that know how to have fun & work together as a dream team.
We also run ski-through / slope side cafés at Hakuba Cortina & Hakuba Norikura Resort.
Serving specialty espresso coffee, homemade artisan style baked goods and great vibes!
We have opportunities available at the lodge, and the slope-side cafes.
We're looking for COMMITTED, FUN, ENERGETIC, GO-GETTER personalities that THRIVE IN CHALLENGES, are OPEN MINDED, and LOVE PEOPLE.
The winters are fast paced, and can be an extraordinary experience for those that are willing to immerse themselves to its full potential.
The lodge & cafes will be operating from 20 December 2024 - 30 March 2025.

+ Available to stay & work from December 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025
+ Valid international drivers license.
+ Japanese Working Holiday Visa.

+ Motivated in winter climates (if you're the type that hates the cold, this job isn't for you!)
+ Energetic and confident interacting with lodge guests, customers and your team.
+ Comfortable living in a shared space.
+ Have natural care for others & understand people's needs.
+ Be independent & comfortable managing your own free time.
+ Love skiing or snowboarding.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE at the LODGE:
+ BREAKFAST CHEF
Previous cooking experience, morning person, bright, energetic, organized, accommodating.
+BAKER
Past experience necessary, working with sourdough is a plus.
Baking breads, savoury pies, sweet cakes for our slope-side cafe.
+ Please note that we all work together, and your position at the lodge can change at anytime.

You'll be providing customers with magnificent ski holidays, and have the opportunity to experience skiing & snowboarding almost every day.
You'll immerse yourself in some of Japan's best powder snow, and live with a tight team in a remote location.L’hôte offre un salaire correspondant au salaire minimum
