Hi! My name is Jasmine, and I am presently in my year-of-travel! I am extremely excited to see more of the world, within and around me. Meeting new people, engaging in cultural exchange, and experiencing new things bring me the most joy. I truly am the most happy when I am traveling and growing. I am looking forward to broadening my horizons and global family even more!

I am fluent in Spanish and in English.
I have my Masters degree in Public Health- I am specifically passionate about sexual and reproductive health.
I love to paint, cook, play my tongue drum, crochet, sing, do puzzles, and travel.
I enjoy time outside and any activity in nature.
I LOVE plants. I have worked at a plant shop for some time and thoroughly enjoy taking care of them. Gardening makes me happy as well!
I was a volunteer with Peace Corps in Nicaragua and Paraguay. During that time, I taught a lot of different things including English, various health topics, and Zumba.

We had a very nice time with Jasmine who is good at connecting with people. We had some excellent conversations and she was easily able to fit into our environment. She willingly and ably helped us with gardening, cleaning and cooking delicious meals. It was a pleasure to have her stay.

I had such a great time during my one week with Monika and Peter! My work consisted mostly of weeding and deck cleaning. And that in itself was enjoyable because Peter also joined for the tasks.

Goodness what a fun time I had with Seija! My one week at her home was filled with creativity and play. Our job was to redesign the kitchenette which included painting, wallpapering, and a handful of rearranging tasks. Jasmine is chirpy, hardworking and honest. She was the most fun!
We hit it off right away and she was easy to talk to.
Jasmine was very clear with communication and was open to suggestions. She was undaunted by cooking for a hungry family and did all she knew how to slip into our family life.
