Description
This is a Beachfront Hostel surrounded by trees, flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds: which serve as inspiration for its namesake.
It is the ideal destination for families and people that are looking for a relaxing experience.
We are located in the enchanting small town of Olon, where you can immerse yourself in our rich culture and explore the flora and fauna that surround us.
Here are some ideas of activities to enjoy during your stay: Biking, discovering our enchanting Alex waterfalls, surfing, kayaking in Manglaralto, the Valdivia museum or whale watching in Puerto Lopez only 45 minutes away.
We are currently seeking assistance in our reception area, where you can get the opportunity to improve your customer service or organizational skills.
Our dedicated local staff will warmly welcome you and facilitate your spanish learning experience allowing you to immerse yourself in the culture on a daily basis.
A two-week minimum trial period may be required

Olon is pluricultural and magical small town located in the coastal Santa Elena province, this is an amazing opportunity for a cultural exchange, where volunteers can gain invaluable insights and knowledge and practice their Spanish.
They will also learn or improve their organizational skills and customer services skills

Aide
We require assistance with reception duties, the use of hospitality platforms, answering calls, and providing customer service.
The person in charge will also deal with maintenance (overseen that the hostel is clean, presentable). She\he will deal with the other team members making sure they do their duties.
Assisting with laundry and general maintenance routine. -

We offer you acommodation: A private room equipped with hot water and a private bathroom.
Lunch is prepared everyday. The volunteer will make his/her own breakfast and dinner. -

If you want to explore the Ruta del Spondylus you can take a bus ride to whale watching trips in Puerto Lopez, the Valdivia Museum, Dos Mangas and the Alex Waterfalls. -
