Hi there!
We are Tereza and Ádám, a friendly couple from Czech Republic and Hungary. We were working in our home countries doing "normal jobs" and now we'd like to get out of our comfort zones, focus on ourselves doing what we truly love. We both want to just enjoy life now and start our own little projects as well, while having the opportunity to help others as much as we can and expand our knowledge. We have a lots of things in common, but our differences complete each other, hoping to complete the world in some ways too☯️
Ádám(25) from Hungary enjoys going to the nature every day, goes everywhere by bike and is a morning person.
Tereza(23) from Czech Republic loves doing any kind art and goes everywhere by walk and is not that much of a morning person. 😅
ÁDÁM
I'm the wild and messy one in the relationship and I do everything by intuition. But when I dive into a new project I give it all I got and strive to do it until it's perfect for me.
CALISTHENICS AND MOVEMENT🏋️
I workout or do some form of movement every day, no matter the weather and love team sports like volleyball and basketball.
DIY AND GARDENING 🏡⚙️
This summer, I grew my first garden woth tomatoes, paprikas and herbs. I also enjoy hands-on hands projects around the house.
HEALTHY LIVING🌿🧘
I'm passionate about Ayurveda and trying to eat more self counciously to nourish my body as I'm Tring to find new ways to be more healthy day by day. My new thing is Kundalini Yoga which I do every day early in the morning.
HOMEMADE PROJECTS🍵
I love creating herbal teas, if possible ingredients I dry myself, and I'm always drawn to anything homemade. It's my way of staying connected to nature and simplicity.
TEREZA
I'm the brain of the relationship, thoughtful and organized part of our team. I'm creative, detail oriented and always love to find new ways to express myself.
ART AND CREATIVITY🎨🖌️
I'm always working on a new project like painting, tufting, lino printing, knitting, tattooing and DIY creations.
FASHION👗
Clothes are my passion and I love finding unique pieces(especially second hand treasures). I also enjoy designing and customizing my own outfits.
FITNESS AND MOVEMENT 🏋️
I work out regularly doing weighted workout, pilates and a bit of calisthenics. Played basketball when I was little and still enjoys some hoops.
PROBLEM SOLVING 🧮⚙️
I'm great at staying organised and handling logistics, whether it's calculating and perfecting for a project or keeping things running smoothly.
TOGETHER
We love to eat and cook mostly healthy and nutritious foods, but of course Terka bakes lots of yummy sweets(with much less sugar than
in the recipe).🧑🍳
Baking SOURDOUGH bread is our new thing, Ádám makes the bread and Tereza decorates it.🍞
We love HIKING and CAMPING. One of the reasons we are going abroad now is to explore new places and do big hikes in the breath taking nature 🏕️

We are able to teach Czech, English and Hungarian. We'd love to learn new languages throughout our travels, we are already picking up each others languages after 4 years.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I (TEREZA) studied art school, I have experience with pottery, painting driveway and want to get involved in murals as well. I enjoy spending my time outside, do some jobs in the garden. I love animals so any job with them wouldn't be a problem for me to learn. I studied high school where some parts of the subjects were taught in English. So apart from my native tongue Czech, I speak pretty well in English, I know basics from Spanish and I'm learning Hungarian.
I (ÁDÁM) have a bachelors degree in Sport and Recreation Management, where my thesis was about the difference between calisthenics and weighted workouts. I am Already helping my friends in bodyweight workout which I want to expand in the future so now I study anatomy by myself. I have a degree as a painter, but I didn't really work in that area. I was doing part time jobs since I was 16 where I was taught discipline and I also enjoyed it. I worked in a 5 star hotel in my hometown as waiter, did construction work, was doing bit of HR and as my last job I was a restaurant manager for a year in my hometown. During my high school years I did lots of charity work aswell, for example helping frogs to their mating grounds over a road.
