***My legal name is ‘Rebekah’ but I have been going by ‘Milo’ for the past year and would prefer to be called this! Thank you for reading!***

Howdy hi hello! After several (very sweet and oh so lovely) years nested in Portland, Oregon (finishing up my degree, working for a local bakery, and cultivating community), I'm rearing for another adventure (or two or three)!

In my current travels- I'm interested in acquiring new skills/learning to better work with my hands (e.g., gardening, farm work, animal care, any/all odd jobs therein!), but also delight in/have experience being around kids (they are so cool!) and would be happy to help with childcare as well.

Some quick facts about me:
>born and raised in Orlando, Florida (love love to visit but don't plan to live there again permanently)
>I'm the eldest of three (my siblings are still in Florida)
>I've primarily worked in assisted living (as a nursing assistant specialized in dementia care) and in various cafes (both as a barista and a pastry baker)
>my bachelors degree is in Biochemistry but I have yet to use it! (still thinking on grad school)
>I'm an active morning-oriented person and a very quick learner!
>current hobbies include: yoga, reading, singing/playing guitar, outdoor rollerskating, and making good soup for the family!
>I lived in Australia on a Working Holiday visa when I was 18 (one of the most important and formative years of my life thus far)
