ABOUT ME🌌
I'm Beatrice, I'm 24 years old, Italian, and hold an Italian passport.
I'm looking for Workaway experiences in Norway as part of my plan to build a meaningful life in a Nordic country. I first visited Norway in April 2025, specifically Tromsø, and I immediately fell in love with the place: its atmosphere, the peace, and the natural beauty. This experience inspired me to start learning Norwegian on Duolingo and strengthened my desire to fully immerse myself in Norwegian culture and daily life.

I'm traveling with my partner Mattia (our Workaway profiles are linked), and we are currently in Finland for my first Workaway experience. This journey is very important for us, as it allows us to learn languages, and grow together while living in a daily-life setting away from home.

In September, I traveled with Mattia on the Camino de Santiago. This journey taught me once again how to adapt to any situation or challenge that came my way. I pushed myself, faced difficulties, and learned a lot about my own strengths, resilience, and the importance of perseverance and flexibility.

I'm a qualified healthcare assistant with a coordinator certificate and have strong experience in the healthcare and medical field. I'm confident in supporting people with their daily routines, offering care, empathy, and attention to detail.
Working with people is something I truly enjoy; I feel fulfilled when I can contribute to someone’s well-being. I also have experience in animal care and feel very comfortable helping with pets or farm animals.

I'm highly motivated to learn new skills and try new activities. I adapt quickly to new environments and can integrate easily into daily routines, even if I may seem a little shy at first.
Once I feel comfortable, I'm reliable, proactive, and take responsibility seriously.
I'm extremely attentive to cleanliness, the care of indoor and outdoor spaces, and personal well-being. I respect rules and instructions and approach tasks with commitment, punctuality, and precision.

I'm passionate about connecting with people and learning from them. I deeply respect the culture, traditions, and way of life of the place where I stay, and I aim to be not just a helper, but someone who contributes positively to the environment and community. I believe that every experience has something valuable to teach, and I want to fully immerse myself in every opportunity Workaway offers.

I have a driver’s license, but I don't currently have a car. For this reason, I am looking for places where it is possible to get around by public transportation or where daily mobility without a car is feasible.
I'm flexible and open-minded, ready to adapt to the circumstances of each experience.

PERSONAL INTERESTS🎀
In my free time, I love sports. I used to play basketball and enjoy following football. Staying active is important to me, and I appreciate the energy, focus, and discipline that sports bring to life.
Music is another big passion; I especially enjoy rock and metal, and listening to music has always been a way for me to relax, stay inspired, and connect with my emotions.

I also love discovering new activities, learning practical skills, and exploring local traditions and crafts.
I'm curious and eager to learn, and I see every Workaway experience as a chance to grow personally while contributing to the host’s environment and community.
Overall, I am looking for a unique and meaningful Workaway experience where I can contribute, learn, and grow.

My dream is to find an environment where I can fully engage with people and the culture, help where I am needed, and develop skills and connections that will support my long-term goal of living and integrating into a Nordic country.

I'm a hands-on, flexible, and curious helper who loves getting things done efficiently while keeping a positive attitude.
I enjoy practical tasks like gardening, basic home repairs, and organizing spaces, and I take pride in doing them carefully and creatively. I’m comfortable assisting with everyday household tasks.

Thanks to my experience as a coordinator, I am highly attentive and able to maintain focus even under pressure or in challenging situations.
I approach tasks fully committed, ready to give my best and take responsibility for results. I'm skilled at working both independently and in a team, and I can also organize projects or activities when needed.

I have a natural eye for detail and enjoy making sure spaces are tidy, functional, and welcoming. I adapt easily to any type of situation or environment, staying calm and solution-focused even when unexpected challenges arise. I bring patience, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility to every task.
