Hi I am Yen from Taiwan👧🏻🇹🇼!
I have been to Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Italy, France, Switzerland, and Turkey; and this is my second time in Europe, I've been to Italy, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. 🇭🇰🇮🇩🇨🇳🇻🇳🇰🇷🇯🇵🇮🇹🇫🇷🇨🇭🇹🇷🇩🇪🇦🇹🇱🇮

In October 2023 I decided to quit my job and fly to Europe to explore different kinds of lifestyles and cultures, I did my first Workaway in a small paradise Dafins, Austria🇦🇹; and then went to Willisau, Switzerland🇨🇭 for the second one. My journey ended on 5th Jan and I returned to my mother country Taiwan😊:) If you are interested in meeting me in Taiwan(mainly in Taichung, sometimes in Taipei), you're very welcome to hit me up! 😁

I am an outdoor enthusiast and I can feel so fulfilled and loved to just be bathed in nature. Hiking, rock climbing, and trail running are my top 3 passions (and cheese, chocolate, and cookies are my top 3 comfort foods😛). For sure I would love to be involved with any kind of sports(or food) that you love!

I truly believe in this quote.

My goal here is to learn more about cultural differences, sustainability, and lifestyle. Thus I also want to reframe mine😊

At the same time, I would be very eager to do some cultural exchange! My humble offer is some tea ceremony knowledge and the culture of Taiwan, as well as some traditional Mandarin teaching.😊
I am actually on the way to become a Chinese teacher:) if you want I can practice with you🪄!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Fluent in Chinese, English(hope you don't mind some grammar mistakes:p)
- I have experience in Service industry, outdoor industry, also once served as a housekeeper in a hostel.
- Good physical fitness, once carried 44pounds backpack to the mountain.
- I love sweat a lot. Just get your hands dirty!
- Could call myself a clean freak cuz I’m always like it being simple and tidy:p
- Having international driving license.
- Some homemade mother-like Taiwanese dishes.
