Hi 👋,
My name is Lachie (24) and I love wildlife and the outdoors ❤️, I am at home in Australia right now having recently returned from volunteer dive conservation in Costa Rica. I have a strong passion for nature and this summer i plan to travel down through Italy from Milan to Catania and hope i can spend some time at different projects.

My working experience includes skills from tourism/ hospitality having worked at resorts and beach town and sports stadiums as a bartender, tour guide, dive guide and other roles.

I also have some experience with DIY working with tools as well as more knowledge of plants from my time as a landscaper in Australia.

I love working my hands to make a difference and I am not afraid of getting stuck in !

I’m planning on continuing my studies later this year, I am adept at writing and producing digital content and i am open to helping any interesting projects you may have been thinking about.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

For the past few years or so I have been juggling travelling, studying and working. I’ve bartended and served at a few different resorts and restaurants while travelling - at home I have been working at a local garden nursery 🌱.

Though when I can I’m in the water- I am qualified as a swim coach, lifeguard, rescue diver and shark conservation specialist.

I also have some business and admin experience having worked as a travel agent, and an event coordinator for a sports team in my city. In-between I also studied ancient history at uni.

I have taken up yoga recently- but I find my list of hobbies keeps getting longer.

In my spare time I enjoy trying to write poetry, attempting to practice yoga, calling my squiggles drawings, saying hello to any animal that won’t hurt me (and some that would) , surfing if there’s a beach snowboarding if there’s a mountain.
