Hello all! My name is Kyla I am 21 years old and I absolutely love to travel. I am from Hawaii (O’ahu) but I am currently living in San Diego, CA (USA) and I have lived all over the United States. I also studied for two months in Spain learning Spanish. I am a very creative person who loves hanging out with animals, creating art (I especially love to draw people), reading, baking, learning languages, and frolicking in far off places. Meeting interesting people, eating yummy food, and hanging out with my family are what makes me happy.

I can help to teach someone some English (during my stay in Spain I helped my host sister with her English). I would love to become fluent in Spanish, I’m close but not quite there. I am very interested in learning how to speak any language, but particularly European languages. I am currently working on my German, French, and Italian.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have lots of experience in creating art. I have been a paid graphic designer and artist several times, I have run my own business where I sold art and taught an art class on watercolors. I have experience working with all sorts of different animals over the years such as chickens, fish, goats, horses, and dogs. I have done horse back riding, 4H (animal care) club, baby sitting, cooking, and baking. Additionally I have been working for the past two year in hospitality so I am quite aquatinted with the tourism industry and connect with new people regularly. I am fluent in English and can speak Spanish at and intermediate-advanced level. I am a fast learner and can pick up most skills pretty quickly.

I am a pretty easy going person. I will go with the flow and help out where I can. I can be quite an outgoing person, but I definitely need some alone time at the end of the day. I good with following instructions and ready to learn new skills. I love to listen about other people’s cultures what they love and are passionate about; it is one of my most favorite parts of traveling! I get along with kids well and I like babysitting, if that is needed.
