Description

I'm an Australian student living in Hungary for the past two years, but looking to contribute to a stay somewhere in the UK or outside of the Schengen area for roughly 2-6 weeks while awaiting processing of my Visa for the EU.

This would be my first time doing a workaway, but my hobbies and interests align with many of the various workaways that I have seen available. While living back in Australia, I used to do a lot of woodworking and gardening in my spare time, having built garden beds, a home climbing wall, no-dig Hugelkultur vegetable patches, and other odd jobs. I like to work with my hands and build things, and love a chance to reuse something that was destined for the trash originally.

I have a love for people, animals, and all living things. I'm sociable and get along well with children and animals, and used to do babysitting for work while I was in school. I'm an ex-vegetarian, eating small amounts of meat currently, but leaning towards a vegetarian diet primarily.

I'm not an expert in any one area, but have experience in many fields and skills, I love to learn new things and I'm not afraid of hard work.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience with lots of DIY projects, gardening, and babysitting. I'm also a proficient cleaner and cook, but prefer outlets where my creativity can shine, or where I can work or build something with my hands. Very comfortable talking and interacting with people, love a chat, but also very competent working indepently. Not afraid of hard work and getting stuck in, no matter how big or small the job.
