A bit about me (Lily):
-21 years old
-Born in France, raised in New Zealand, studied at university in Australia
-Pilates instructor
-Yacht Stewardess on a world cruising vessel
-Passionate about all things health, wellness and fitness related
-Beach Lifeguard in NZ
- Ocean lover and surf enthusiast
-Studied medicine
-PADI advanced open water diver

A bit about me (James):
-27 years old
-Recently rode my Yamaha Tenere 700 motorbike through Europe.
-I’m a fully qualified carpenter with 7 years of in industry experience.
-Lived outside the UK since I was 19 years old.
-Qualified personal trainer + have aspersions to do my Yoga instructor.
-Worked on a diverse mix of farms. Including cattle stations, horse racing stables, sheep stations + a long term work away on an animal sanctuary in the Amazon rainforest.
-PADI Divemaster
-Summited 6000m+ mountains

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Personal trainer-
From a young age I have been a fitness fanatic & at the age of 18 became a qualified level 3 Personal trainer. I went on to work at one of the most prestigious in Canary-wharf, London as a professional fitness advisor.
At the age of 17 I competed in a "mens physique" competition under the federation "Pure elite". I came 2nd place in my catogory & obtained my "Pro status".

Spending 2 years as a full time carpenter/joiner for a leading bespoke building company focusing on the high end market in London. In this time I developed an interest & intermidate skill set for high end construction projects (reference attached in photos).

-Sailing, surfing & scuba diving.
-Expeditions, mountaineering & hiking.
(Iv summited a mountain in Bolivia at 6088m in -15˚ conditions)
