Hello dear Hosts!
My name is Elisa, I am a 24 years old student from Germany. My hometown is located near the Baltic Sea cost and is rather small, but very old and beautiful. (Fun fact: it was founded in 1234). I am currently studying German and English to become a teacher here in Germany and I will probably and hopefully finish my studies by the end of next year. For my English studies it´s mandatory to stay 3-month abroad, in an English-speaking country. That´s why I´m here :)
I love being social, working with children and animals, and I have no problem with getting my hands dirty. When it comes to my personality - laughing is my favorite thing to do, I´m rather extroverted and empathic. And I´m a Hufflepuff at heart.

I was always interested in learning languages, even though it is not the easiest thing to do. I would love to teach others my native language, but would also love to learn a new one, or improve my Spanish skills ;) My dream is to learn Gaelic - but oh boy, what a task that is.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As I study teaching, my expertise involves educating and working with children, planning and organizing skills and I want to say that I am almost fluent in English. My interships in a kindergarden and various schools taught me a lot, and I have also worked in the field of children´s entertainment for about 2 years. (that included day care, face painting, smaller events with games and jump houses etc.) In addition, I have a little sister who is 8 years younger than me, so I also have some personal experience in taking care of children.
I grew up with dogs, 2 of them still living with my mom, so I am a massive dog friend and do know how to take care of them, but I am also an animal lover in general.
Next to my studies, as I have already mentioned, I regulary have minor employments. Due to my current and previous jobs (cinema, two pubs) I gained experience in working with food and beverages, costumer awareness, teamwork and flexibility. I learn very fast.

Music is a very important part of my life. I love to sing, but I´m also very shy about it. Maybe my voice isn´t as good as it sounds in the shower?
And I think I mentioned it before, but I am a massive Potterhead.
