Hello, I am Carmella, a 20 year old enthusiast for food, art, gardening, hiking, and so much more! I read a lot of books, and with each one I can’t help but change my mind about which direction I want to take my schooling and life. I am looking to experience as much as possible in different life styles, cultures, and places. I have had a variety of different jobs, mainly involving farm, groundskeeping, and restaurant work. I am very excited to share my knowledge, and to learn new things. In my free time I love to work in the garden, cook with friends and family, and generally spend time outside. I also enjoy reading, drawing, and printmaking. Looking forward to getting to know you!

I am very interested in learning more French. I have taken two years of high school French, and I spent a year in Quebec with family learning their French. I am fluent in English, and am happy to practice English with any who might be interested. I have taken several college level courses in English as well, and would be willing to teach basic grammar, writing, and conversational skills.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have five years of experience working on a small horse farm. Some of my responsibilities there included: groundskeeping, yard work, gardening, pruning, harvesting of fruit/vegetables, bucking hay, trail maintenance, sanitation, and stall cleaning.
For the last two years I have worked in a seafood market and restaurant and a hotel. I have experience cooking, dishwashing, and some butchery skills. Through my work I have acquired skills in coordinating work efforts with multiple people, conflict management, communicating, and creative thinking.
